Nothing great service at a great location, even has fresh food.
TUNG DThis location was very helpful and informative regarding the use of the trailer. My only complaint with the entire experience was the person on the phone who booked my reservation quoted me $144.00 and when I picked up the vehicle the quote was 156.00.

Richard MThey don’t give you enough miles from one destination to the next. No lead way for detours our to even pick up your stuff after getting the U-Haul. The truck needed an alignment and pulled to one direction. And in the end they charged me 54.00 more dollars for millage. Very disappointed.

Lisa FI did travel 100 miles more than my estimated total miles of $70, but I returned the Van with the gas gauge reading just under the 5/8 line, more than when I left with the van, the gauge was just left of 1/2 tank, adding $20 at Scrappy's Fuel Stop where i rented the Uhaul Van. $30 total added. Very clean return as I always do but the extra mileage charge on Decorated retired USAF Vet, kind of stung me...

Jennifer GNo improvement needed. The reservation, pick up and drop off process, all went well. Jericho Motor Sport, Sam’s Variety and Scrappy’s staff are amazing people. They helped make renting the U Haul experience an enjoyable one.

Jimmy HScott was absolutely amazing, from the time I walked in I was greeted quickly and politely, he ensured that I had everything I needed and ensured I knew all the time and distance requirements along with providing quick service and great customer service through out the conversation. When I was finished with the uhual and brought it back he parked it for me made sure I had got everything I needed taken care of and he even knew the area I moved to so he had a great conversation with me about the area and people. Was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a uhual ever.
