This was the worst experience that I've ever had renting a vehicle or a moving truck. I've had to call into customer service many times and I'll be making another call tomorrow to try to rectify the issues with the rental. I was also given a managers direct contact number. I left a message and he never even bothered to return the call.

Everything about Scott's Auto was perfect. The owner was kind and thoughtful. I would rate our experience with him a 10/10 no matter how many times I was asked. The improvement I can think of would be a separate rate for rentals under a day. We ended up using the truck for about an hour so the daily fees ran up pretty quickly.

I dropped off truck after hours, so my review may not be specific. The only recommendation I can see is not having a "dropbox". The one that use to be there, I assume, is closed off and the only thing outside is what looks like a "mailbox". Which I did not feel was appropriate. It has no lock, just lift lid up and drop keys any. They remain outside doors. Not good for drop off after hours.

I had to go to multiple sites to get my truck. that was the only thing that I have a problem with the site. I was given a discount for an extra day and an extra amount of miles but drop off site did not honor it

This guy charged me $126 for a 6Ã-12 trailer for 24 hours he checked it in the day after I returned it. Would recommend this business

Watched the return video. It instructed take pictures of these items. Was never able to get to that page. Tried to call the general 800 number was on hold 28 minutes and gave up.

Safemove insurance was added to our order, and we never added it. Of course I had no pictures to prove otherwise, so I got stuck paying an extra $30 for something I never wanted.

The gas mileage was awful 7 to 8 miles per gallon . Noise inside the truck was also very loud. From the dealers prospective they did a great job.

They will rip you off at this location, but I am willing to rent from a different location. I was over charged and I went to pick up a truck at another location 15 minutes before closing time and they were already closed when I got there and that's how I ended up getting the truck from this location. It wasn't a pleasant experience I can say that for sure. Customer service was awesome though. Both ladies that I spoke with done a wonderful job keeping me satisfied. They accommodated me with a bigger truck for the same price because I could not get the truck the I reserved previously, also when I spoke with the regional manager he was great as well. I got a response in a timely manner about my issue and he made sure that the issue got resolved. I got my full refund of the amount that I was over charged. U-Haul itself is a great company it's just some of the independent contractors that you will have to be careful with.
