They are helpful and get the trailer hooked up and working for us and take care of us at the end of our rental, too. The process is always easy and efficient. I was supposed to have a 24/7 pick-up, but the rental wasn't staged for pick-up. I had to make an extra trip back the next morning to get it. Made my schedule difficult. The personnel were efficient and good to work with when I did do the pick-up the next day.Thomas S.

Renting my truck and appliance dolly was super easy and convenient However, at turn in, the link that I was sent to turn in my truck, would not work! I closed it out and reclicked the link several times and still would not work. Ultimately, I just put the key in side the key-drop box and leave. I did try to call UHaul for help but no one answered! I was turning in after hours, so my troubles with the link likely cost me an extra $20. FIX THE LINK!NORMAN Z.

This location threw all the trash (that wasn't even mine) in my car window as I was pulling out of the lot then charged me 118 dollars for gas when I had to drive around for an hour because every other uhual wouldn't accept my truck. Extremely annoying. Also I never even purchasedmoving blankets in WV where I picked up my truck but it's now on my account for a separate purchase that I didn't make of 138 dollars.Chase Bryant C.

I will NEVER use Schwartz's to rent a U-Haul again. In fact, I may NEVER use U-Haul again. They charged me an extra day, and charged me for almost 300 miles when I only drove from Noblesville to Nora and back to Noblesville ONE time for one round trip of less than 50 miles. I have received NO reply from anyone when I've emailed and disputed these charges. Finally got ahold of Schwartz's, who then gave me Patrick Cheek's phone number, who apparently closed the account and sent it to collections. I have not paid it, they said I had 10 days...it's only been 8 days!!!!!!.Kelly D.
The U-haul approach to business is absolutely reprehensive!!!!! I scheduled a truck size and a pick up time on your web site. Both were changed by you. Second, when dropping off the truck, the attendant said she could not receive it and that we needed to go to a different location. After a day of moving and transport that was bullshit! The attendant at the second location was outstanding! Please fix your computer system and stand by the deal you make.MICHAEL D.

I did most of the work on line and it still took 30 minutes to get waited on. One person waiting on customers at first. He was in no rush. If I'm going to do most of the work on line then it should not take that long to pick upJason W.

This was the worst experience that I've ever had renting a vehicle or a moving truck. I've had to call into customer service many times and I'll be making another call tomorrow to try to rectify the issues with the rental. I was also given a managers direct contact number. Was quoted .$.79 per mile. Checked in and was . $.99 per mile. Forgot it was Friday and the rate went up. No cell service when doing after hours check out. Uhaul after hours check out is horrible. Was told I could do it at another location. With the location tracker not recognizing the location not sure if the check out went through. Overall I am not pleased with the whole Uhaul process. Won't be using this company again.THAD T.
Requiring the user to create an account online for after hours turn in is completely unnecessary. I shouldn't have to disclose my email and phone number to the internet so I can drop the keys and paperwork into a box.JOHN C.

Uhaul needs to take time for maintenance and repairs to their trucks. Truck had a cracked windshield. Also engine exhaust pipes needed repair.Jerry D.

People were great facility was great. The truck was only the most unsafe uhaul I've ever driven. Alignment not correct air coming through closed doors and extreme shaking and bouncing!CORY B.
The three employees were not friendly and worst of all they were not wearing mask. There was no shield between the employees and the customer. As part of uhaul they should be briefed about COVID-19. I would not recommend them, ðŸ'ŽðŸ½ I have always been happy with uhaul.Vidal B.
