The after hours online check-in is a terrible experience. You are exhausted it is dark cold and snowy. You want me to walk around and take pictures in the dark. Not very considerate of the customer.Roger C.

Truck tranmission was slipping, the front end was hopping up and down really bad, breaks were questionable and the cab smelled horrible. I've not experienced this here before. I hope it's isolated.GLENN H.

Attendant told us we could rent more moving pads than what may need because they won't charge if pkg not opened but when returned 2 unopened pods - no refund. Side view mirror was broken and kept falling down. Truck battery died while out with it and had to be jumped. When told attendant about these 2 issues- they responded oh that is too bad and received no discount. Will never rent from that location again - too many other options out there!Jeffrey P.

The could care less about the customers. Took a private call instead of explaining the policies. Just highlighted the pamphlet and handed me the key. Twisted my ankle because there was a hole in the floor of the truck bed covered by a metal plate that was not fastened. Their response was to say I could call the 800 number to resolve.douglas B.

I was charged double but was told that I would not be as long as I called and let them know when I'd be bringing the truck back. I'm sure it's just a mistake. Great experience otherwise.LINDSAY W.

The issue with this rental was that I made the reservation on 9/22 to pick up the truck on 9/24 at 8am at 14296 Herriman Blvd. location. There was no truck available at that location when I arrived at 8am. So my moving was delayed and I had to drive farther to this Schwartz's location which resulted in higher mileage and lost time. The person at the Herriman Blvd. location blamed the corporate office and said if you don't call the location you want to pick up the truck directly you don't necessarily get a truck whether you have a reservation or not. That's no way to run a truck rental business.Susan W.

I made this reservation sept 15 and when I arrived To pick up the original location oversold and didn't have trucks available. I had to drive further away to get a truck from another city, which costs me more in mileage and gas. Very upset about my experience.Lashauna C.

I tried returning the vehicle through the U-Haul website and after fighting with it for over an hour, gave up. The Schwartz employee said he would take care of the return in the morning when U-haul was open. Thank God for him. So in summary, the U-Haul website sucks and they need to improve it regarding returns. Zero stars out of ten!Roger R.

There is cardboard left inside the trailer when I get the trailer. When I dropped it off the worker asked me to clean and keep it that cardboard. I told him â€œthe cardboard was there since I get the trailer. I also added â€œ this belongs to the trailer â€œ He replied me â€œ No, keep your trashâ€ I take that trash to my truck. Rework your dimensions of you rental trailer. I rented a 6' x 12' trailer. Expectations would be that I could get a 60â€ plus piece of equipment to fit. This is NOT the case. Due to the poor design of the back of the trailer you can not get anything larger than 52â€ on the trailer. I've wasted money and time renting this trailer only to find out it does not work and is not as â€œadvertisedâ€. I would like contacted regarding getting my fee back as this was not able to be used to complete my needs.Joseph B.
