Schwaetz's have always been there for us. This is probably the 6th time we've rented a U-Haul from them and each experience has been great, from they being able to accommodate our needs. FYI, moving is never a great experience.

The online process was not smooth. It took over 30 min with no “live chat.” It should be very clear that certain requirements will be needed, such as contact persons that are available to answer the phone, at the time of rental.

Our paperwork was not printed properly. We were told one thing and the Uhaul website and paperwork said something else. We returned to the original location expecting they would correct the errors and instead were charged over $100 more!

I attempted to rent a truck at a location closer to my starting location, however the app and web-based reservation processes are not functional. I called the location and kept getting hung up on. I then called Schwartz's and they immediately answered the phone and got my reservation taken care of quickly. Schwartz's will get my business from here on out.

1. No one at the location was wearing a mask and when I got in the truck, it clearly hadn't been wiped down 2. Ten minutes before my scheduled pick up, I got a call saying there were no trucks at that location, and scheduled me for one an hour later 25 minutes away. I planned for 6 hrs and my new pick up time at the far away location became 4:00pm 3. I called customer service and was rudely hung up on by a inconsiderate cold woman. 4. I picked up the truck at 4:30pm. I returned it at 9:10pm. I got charged not only for the extra 20 miles because of the new pick up location, Uhaul charged me for dropping it off at night EARLY! This is the trashiest location I've ever been to, and have never had such terrible customer service both at the rental site and with the phone operators. I am a very kind level headed person who never complains even when there is hair in my food. This is the worst truck rental experience I've ever had and intend to write my first negative review of any business as a result. Shame on you Uhaul.

Tail lights were not working. Problem wasn't noticed until after nightfall because brake lights did work. Also light switch was pushed in making it difficult to manually turn on lights. Manual use didn't fix tail light issue. We had to end using truck due. Not satisfied with experience.

My contract had me dropping off at another location outside of noblesville and when I arrived the owner told me she doesn't accept big trucks there... very aggravating after a long day of driving and moving to have to drive to the downtown area of another location to drop off.

I'm sure it's not exactly this locations fault considering g they were the place I hs to pickup my auto transport from. But I've yet to receive assistance or actual help I. The issues we encountered to start. We reserved , paid in full, online check in all in advance of the date we needed . Our booking was changed to a diff location in Muncie that didnt hve our auto transport. The way it was first explained was that the auto transport was being refunded and we didn't have to worry about it if we were ok going to Noblesville to pick it up. We didn't want to but we were loading up to move out of state that same day so no other options. Get to Noblesville location and get charged again. This is an issue because my refund didn't just instantly hit my acct, I already wasted 2+ hrs doing this whole going an hr one way and an hr another to hve the right trailer. I ended up stuck in a hotel the first night of our move because we were so behind due to uhaul s issues with verifying the original change they made. Then out $ I didn't hve because they can't just transfer a booking that's been paid for to the Noblesville location. Then Noblesville decides not to help me verify and get this handled but tells me I need to call corporate uhaul who then tells me it's muncie who I should deal with but they'll put a claim in. No I'd never use uhaul again and no I won't refer because NOBODY has made it right

I was on hold for over 30 minutes with U-Haul roadside assistance and no one ever answered. I submitted my request online for roadside assistance and after 40 minutes there was no response. Very disappointed. After a long day of moving I could not receive help from U-Haul.
