What's the point of a reservation if you UHaul can't meet them. Reserved a 10 ft truck to pick up at one location went to go check on it was told they had no trucks. All in all even though we got a truck our experience was not very good. Will have second thoughts about using UHaul again. RESPECT THE RESERVATION or don't offer it

Brittnea BIt is unfortunate that when you pick up a rental truck that there is only 1/4 tank of gas in the tank. Most people who rent a truck use it for more than a little move, which requires more than 1/4 tank of gas. And why is there no reward for bringing a truck back early. It seems to me that no matter what, the customer loses money for a simple service, to which no one even did anything as it was all done online. Very disappointing!
