The worker in poplar bluff s westwood was very very nice polite and respectful with a nice smile..and patience.. Hes a good one. I haven't used a uhaul since i moved from cape g mo in 2016 Nov.

You are the worst. Your company is horrible. You truly are the bottom of the barrel. The location was an old abandoned gas station, turned Uhaul dealership. There was one ancient man working the counter at my location. There was a horrible woman trying to rent a Uhaul with a "debit" card she insisted was over 20 years old but should work. It didn't. People were lining up out the door while she tried everything to rent the vehicle, including calling her bank. She clearly had no money, yet she refused to budge. After waiting in the hot sun for over 30 minutes, I finally got to speak with the old cashier. He was not familiar with the mobile app and didn't know how to help me. Eventually he made some inappropriate sarcastic comments and handed me the keys to my truck. When I received my vehicle it was an old beat up piece of junk with 150,000+ miles on it. It was dented, scratched, and dinged all up and barely ran. The gear shift refused to stay in the gear you put it in. The speedometer was not calibrated. Everything about the experience was horrible. You should be ashamed of yourselves for having such rotten service.

I had no trouble with the u -haul, but I wish it would of had cruise control in it. Overall it drove nicely.
