Matthew SThe location is not marked and it was difficult to find. The guy unhooked the dolly and left it sitting behind my truck and there was no way out other than how I came in and I had to move the dolly so I could leave.
Raymond CTiny location, no employees present, tons of junk cars on premises. Dropped the trailer off OK but the facility is appears to be a real mess.
Thomas FI was not told that my 2002 Ford Explorer was not, by UHaul's standards, supposed to be used with a UHaul trailer.

Rainer HSuper friendly and helpful guys - despite how busy they were, I was approached even before opening my vehicle door. The man offered to unhitch and move the trailer himself. Great customer service. Manager was also very friendly.

David KLocation was closed. Rural location =bad signal for internet drop off. The email receipt was fine, but the online droppoff was not helpful. The drop box and the contract receipt email is the only interaction I had with this location.
