When I arrived. I was informed that my rental had exceeded a time frame and was to be charged extra for the late return. I contested this fact as the email confirmation of my reservation did not indicate any actual time for delivery. Nor would the employee take into account the absurdly late start to my prior day form having to run around to various locations in Snohomish to have my reservation fulfilled. So I was required to agree to an additional $75.00 charge. This was caused by your companies failure to fulfill my reservation. Your representatives failure to ensure that my reservation could be fulfilled in the two days from my making the reservation to being on site to pick it up. And your company emails failing to advise me as to what you had expected for me to return the truck. As the email only included “ Drop Off Date: Saturday, January 25, 2020” I do not find the quality of service to be satisfactory in any capacity. Your representatives were unapologetic and uncaring as to the quality of service they were providing. And I was required to pay extra due to your companies incompetence.

The manager was friendly and helped us find the right truck to rent. We needed the truck an extra day and that was no problem. The manager was completely about customer service. We will rent there again.

I could not even get a receipt and when called several times, once there then to the main number could not get a receipt! You could not even tell me what the two additional charges that were charged on my card were for! I need this paperwork for taxes too, but can't claim a move without this! Would never ever recommend nor even suggest this place for moving or even groceries or other things you sell there.

I have been getting trucks from this uhaul for some time.I know Nicole,keith and corey great crew.I have never had any problems like this last lady.sounds like she got her money back. no one is perfect all the time,

I rented a 19.99 10 ft truck for less than 24 hours and drove 18 miles at 99 cent a mile rate and my card was charged 286.00 and no one could explain

The crew a uhaul was great. They were so nice. The truck was clean and even smelled good This was my 2nd time renting from this place. Its crazy they have a pet store, deli, restaurant ,grocery everything you need. I went here the first time to get the truck. Now Im there 4 times a weak.Usually food related good stuff

This location is disastrous. They are corrupt and dishonest. I was charged twice. When I went to this location to resolve the issue I was told that the bill would be corrected and those additional charges would be credited on my next bill. When I went back to explain that this did not occur the representative quickly told me she could not refund any amount and I should call the regional office. I called and explained the situation. I was to get a call back, but no, I have not. Turns out those bogus charges that came from this location were billed to a Ubox location and were for items I never received. Now the regional office knows nothing of this location and had no record of those charges within the Uhaul system. So keep clicking or keep driving, just do not stop at the 104th Street location in Kent. This facility is a hodpodge of different businesses in one location... Seriously a pet store, grocery, Uhaul, and a cafeteria. After looking at all of this I did have serious concerns about the safety of the truck. Needless to say customer service was lacking and not at all what I remember d from years ago. It is hard to determine the villains from the victims anymore. We know longer can trust companies such as Uhaul that we once knew to be honorable and dependable. This was a very sad and frustrating experience.

Some how my cost for the rental of a truck and trailer more then doubled during the time I was going through the paperwork. It toke the agent calling the corporate office to fix whatever was messed up. Once that was fixed, nothing was said about reviewing the truck and trailer for damage and I forgot to ask about it. It seems Uhaul has gone away from paper reviews now and does everything through email which I didn't know. So, I never did a review of the truck and trailer and nearly cost me extra when I went to drop them off. In the end, it turns out I never did get an email for reviewing the truck and trailer. I don't like the new way of doing things online.

The online check out did not work. I tried multiple times and I called the store and left voicemails asking for them to call me back. No one called me back and they ended up charging an additional service fee since they had to check out for me, despite my efforts to check out myself to avoid this fee. Definitely disappointing and will not use U Haul again.

I tried to use your app to drop off truck but site under maintenance. So I was charged 20 fee. When I called customer service they told me to talk to the manager on site. Manger on site told me to contact UHual customer service.

ANSWER the PHONE! I ended up having to drive down to the facility after several phone calls that were not answered and I could not leave a message as the mailbox was full.

I'm disappointed that they added a $17.00 charge for fuel. I only drove 7 miles and I put in 2 gallons of fuel, I returned it with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. The bed of the van was very sticky with previous renter spilled liquid. The brakes were not in the best condition.

last time I use uhaul I got charged for insurance I did not want and was not reimbursed as the employee said I would. I was charged a full day plus insurance for being only 30min. late. The person I returned the truck to was a complete moron and did not know what he was doing. This is the second and last time I will ever use Uhaul They SUCK!
