We had a very good experience with the service. Our U-Haul provider, Iman, was very friendly and professional towards us. He did a great job at accommodating our needs. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend

I couldn't keep his name but the person who I dropped off the track a:t 1381 Lakeshore Rd E Unit 5 Mississauga, ON L5E1G6, was the best ever!! This is the improvement you guys need!! People like him to work for U-haul!!! Overall it wasent bad experience. Yes I will deal again with U-HAUL. Thank you.

My issue was with u haul itself. When I went to pick up the truck it was taking a very long time to verify. I then found out that the system had double booked the truck and I had to wait even longer for that to get sorted out. Because I was using the online check in, I tried the live chat for help but nobody responded, I then had to wait for over 20 mins on hold on the phone while they tried to sort it out. I should have already been halfway to my destination by this point. It finally got sorted out but I feel very strongly that I should have been given some sort of discount for this very big inconvenience as I was on a time schedule for what I needed to do and ended up being an hr behind because of the mistake on u hauls end.

Van must have been used to move cow dung as it was filled with the smell. A cleaner van would have provided a better experience.

This is the alternative location after we were told at our pick up spot at 1409 Tronolli Road they don't have the right truck for us (they did not have any in fact). The owner at 1381 Lakeshore East was super kind and supportive, very patient also. It was a very smooth progress. I only have one recommendation and I seriously suggest UHaul stopping the location'1409 Tonolli Rd Mississauga, ON L4Y 2A4' from the service. The lady was totally unprofessional, rude and does not even have the minimum intention to help with customers. When we arrived at 1230p, she was hugging her boyfriend under a tree when we arrived, and she did not come over to help us within the first 15 minutes (we had to ran around and figure out if that's the right location, in a very abandoned area with no sign of UHaul at all). I understand we probably disrupted her romance, but I thought she was on duty as she was getting paid?! When she came over (Finally) she told us she gave the truck to someone else and the truck wont be back until 330pm. I told her we have movers arriving at 1pm to help, I can't wait till 330pm. All she said was 'I don't have truck for you that's all!'. So I asked her to coordinate with UHaul, and she was very rude talking to the operator and did not mention the mover at all. So the operator offered us a truck at nearby location at 230pm. Then I had to step in and explain to the UHaul operator, who is actually very nice. The issue was never supposed to be a big issue and I was more than willing to get to the alternative location, mistake happens. But the lady at 1409 Tonolli Rd should never behave like that to anyone, for any reason. She does not qualify to serve with UHaul and if she wants to, she better take training courses please! Thank you for your consideration

I was frustrated that the online pickup didn’t work. I followed all instructions, was communicating with your rep, then he said my pickup couldn’t be completed online and he closed the connection!! Lucky for me the store owner showed up 30 minutes early. If not for him I’d have been very disappointed.

I booked my reservation two weeks prior for a 15ft truck and I received an email confirmation. Then when I picked up I was told my reservation was changed to a cargo van. Totally unacceptable. My reservation was changed by the Manager Paul as a favor to one of his friends which is totally wrong and discriminating.

Was unable to pick up truck through app. Was sent scrambling to alternate locations to try to secure a truck. After spending almost an hour on hold trying to reach customer service, was finally given code to key box. Inadequate service which caused much stress.

Friendly service and the on-line capabilities allow for flexible pick-up and drop-off times. Very convenient! Move days are always stressful, but UHaul services really helped lower that stress level.

light on trailer not working but Omar fixed it to save the day as this was the only day i could move my sons from London and Waterloo back to Mississauga... very nice personality and called to say my wife left credit card and retreived it the next day ... Even thought this is not the closest U-Haul to me , i will be calling on this location again in the future.. Bruce French
