They would not give my deposit back to me at this location. Wanted me to drive it to another location that was closed to get my deposit back. Had to call customer service to get resolved and still waiting on check

My experience was horrible. I was not informed of a drop off time being a first time uhaul user. The location for return was also changed on me last minute requiring me to drive 20 minutes farther in traffic. For being a first time customer, associates were not informative or friendly. When dropping off the uhaul after getting the location changed to a more inconvenient location, the associate inspecting the vehicle was rude and unfriendly. I explained to him that I was exhausted from moving 11 hours and on my own. I am respectful and always try to return things on time but I had no idea my drop off time was 11 am when I arrived at 4 pm. He said the associates should have informed me. They did not. The time was stated in small print on an unreasonable small corner for my printed documents. I do not believe the late charge is fair or justified. I dropped the uhaul off shortly after scheduled time while dealing with various misinformation and unhelpful associates. It made my experience unpleasant and paying this fee will not ensure me to return. Also post turn in associates called multiple times about misplaced keys. I turned in my keys. They finally realized they had the wrong customer after wasting my time. Today alone I have spent 1 hour on the phone with customer representatives today. After 30 minutes of speaking to a representative the call was disconnected and I had to call back. The new associate had to put me on hold for an additional 15 minutes to solve an issue from the keys, which again was mismanaged by the regional team in cincinnati. I hung up just no with no clarity or answer. Complete waste of time. The customer support is not available on weekends which is absolutely inconvenient requiring me to step away from my job and spend hours on the phone to get simple things resolved. After the horrible Cincinnati region and customer service experience I am on the fence about ever returning. If my late charge is not waived I will not be returning nor referring anyone. Uhaul did not make my move easy. Instead they turned into already stressful move into a horrible experience.

The gentleman running the site made everything up to us, so we are overall happy with the service. The hours posted online were incorrect and we waited 50 minutes for service, although we had reserved our u-haul online for self-pick up. After we checked in online a page came up stating that our U-Haul would not actually be available for self pick up and we would have to wait for the location to be open.

After a frustrating experience with the website, I made a reservation with a phone rep. I was told that pick up of the trailer would be available at 7:00 AM. Planned the day around that, only to find that I could not pick up until 9:30 AM.

The guys were very nice and polite. It helps when people are friendly and go out of their way to make customers happy. The truck was also in good shape and well maintained that made for a nice experience. .
