The location was fine.. although it was not the location I had initially requested. I was called and told that I had to drive over an hour to pick up the trailer, and that it wouldn’t be ready until 10 am... this was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE!

Original reservation was made for Craig, CO. Rental was made 2 months in advance. Last minute, pick up location was changed which was a huge inconvenience. Tried to schedule to have pickup location revised to original location but never received a return call/ email until it was too late. Really needed original reservation. Major inconvenience.

The trailer I ordered two weeks in advance was not available. Uhaul called me two days prior to my move to inform me of this. I had to drive an hour and a half out of my way to pick up the equipment. The smaller trailer that I was able to pick up was too small for my needs and I had to leave valuable items behind. This also put me a day off of my moving schedule. When I called in to talk to a service rep, she was rude and snide. I was refused a discount for the inconvenience that Uhaul caused me. The rep I dealt with in person was as real joy though. She was upbeat and pleasant. She helped as much as she could and made that part of my experience enjoyable.

Travel is a day late arriving. This disrupted my relocation and resulted in four picture of Motel reservations play very unhappy with the last three moves using the U-Haul. Call me please. I was told someone would call me the last time there was a serious problem and nobody ever called Sprint customer service is atrocious. I have Day date time and names on record to share with you print that might be helpful correcting the pool service

Uhaul was awful. Sasak Trailers went above and beyond while every person I spoke with on the phone gave me a different story, policy and line of BS in general. I've been renting uhauls over the past 32 years and never had the issues or been treated so poorly as I was over the last month. If equipment isn't available then don't let me make the reservation...…. If it was available then don't call me the night before to let me know it's not there anymore. And don't tell me they're not available when I'm looking at multiple units on the lot in person. Don't bump my earlier reservation because one for the next day is going farther and will generate more money. Don't tell customers that one way rentals take priority over local ones then just have the next person tell me the exact opposite. I spoke with multiple people over the course of 12 hours and got a different story and explanation from each one. Larry Sasak and Jodie at Sasak Trailers in Steamboat went above and beyond to help me out. Seems the people on the front lines at the independent dealers take the brunt of your mishandling of people. I have nothing positive to report when it comes to uhaul…… but the small time dealers and community minded folks are making up for your shortfalls.

Dispatch was terrible, after pick up got a text drop off was in tonapas co, 80 miles round trip from my contracted destination in Steamboat. Dropped off in Steamboat anyway where they were very helpful.

No one was there in the office during business hours even though door wide open. We sat and waited a long time and called. Phone rang and rang then sent us into an automated system asking us to wait for a representative. No one ever picked up. Left the trailer and called 800 number.

the truck I rented is older, tires are getting pretty worn, windshield wiper needs replaced, and could use a front end alignment. none of this is obvious until you drive it in the rain, not the fault of the agent, but would be good things to get fixed.

Be prepared to wait. Bankers hours and DMV level service . But they have a monopoly on rental equipment in town, so either tolerate it or find something far away

If you are allowed to keep the uhaul one week then the rental place should be open so that you can return it. Rented on Wednesday to drive 3 days to Colorado and then we could not return the uhaul Saturday or Sunday because the facility was closed and when we didn’t make it to the shop within the hour of them opening we were charged an entire day.
