The people at this location didn't seem very friendly, short in their answers to my questions and did not help when I was told on the phone I would get help with the auto transport. I went to a main ai haul center 2-3 miles away and paying them to help me secure my vehicle.NATHAN C.

Was sent to this location from the Marysville UHaul on State St.. since they had no room at their location. This was a one way drop off. Was charged $24.83 fee for ? It wasn't an after hours drop off..(6PM) The clerk just looked at my contract, took the keys and said I was good. He never inspected the truck or verified the gas gauge.THOMAS W.
I didn't like that UHaul pre charged me for certain amount of miles and when delivering at Drop Off I had less miles that what is was calculated, the lady at the counter at U Haul said that they don't don't reimburse money if less miles are used. I don't understand why I have to pay for extra miles but I can't be reimbursed for less miles usage on their auto calculation.David L.

This was a gas station, with a couple of street people (drug users) on the property. The staff sent them away, but I had to deal with them on the way in. Otherwise, the staff was efficient and speedy. No offer to explain how to use the equipment, but I figured it out soon enough.CALVIN D G W.

Employees were very rude, rather than explaining how the rental pick up and return went they told me to just research it myself. When I asked employees a question about possibly getting a smaller Uhaul due to the one I rented being a little too big, they offered no help and said I needed to figure it out myself. The guy in charge didn't tell me how it worked, until I was paying, he said I should pay per mile, which is not told on the publicity, you may think you can rent the van for only 19.49, but no. He even made me fill the van with gas, so I was not 19.49 but I ended up paying almost 70 for less than an hour. I should've chosen other moving van services. He was rude, in a hurry, not kind at all. Anyways I'll never rent a van with uhaul again.ALLIYZ H.

I picked this truck up, from a gas station attendant who didn't go over ANY of the Uhaul contract info. He basically threw the keys to me. As such, I accepted the vehicle and moved my belongings. Imagine my surprise when I was automatically changed more than $70.00 for fuel that wasn't reviewed or verified by me OR YOUR employee. I will never be grifted by your company again. I had no idea what the fuel level was upon pick up. I had no idea what the cost was upon drop off. I was NOT charged market price for the fuel. I was taken advantage of. Never again. There was no windshield washer fluid, and there were some screws and bolts on the floor in the bed as well as a couple Lego pieces. The driver side door weather stripping also needs to be replaced, and the window handle kept popping off every time I used it. Also the steering column is crooked and there was a wrench and gear indicator light on. Otherwise it worked as needed and drove long distance without issue. Truck #2818NATHAN DANIEL S.

The woman who was working at this gas station/food mart when I arrived at 8:45am to pick up the truck was meaner than a junkyard dog. I asked if I could check in (NO!!!) or wait until 9am in the truck. She angrily yelled at me that WE ARE NOT OPEN YET! (I was standing inside the open store)... I WILL CANCEL YOUR TRUCK! (have no idea why she said this to me twice, but fortunately she did not). I went out into the parking lot and tried to call UHaul but was on hold for 40 minutes without ever getting through. A man who had been hanging around outside swept out the (locked) truck but would not help me further. I went back into the store and the woman did give me the key, but continued to yell at me "WE ARE NOT OPEN"! I have no idea why she acted like this.LINDA F.
The passenger side mirror needs a spot mirror added to increase visibility. You may want to check the u-joints and or rear end, every time I put the truck in drive I could hear a clunk.FRANK S.
Expected a full tank of gas but only had a little over 1/4 tank so had to fill before even leaving the lot. The back was not clean and had not been swept out. 1. I requested a 26 foot truck and was later told they point had a 20 foot truck available but said because of this that they would provide me an extra free day with the truck and was also told that if I needed more time with the truck that I could call the morning of the scheduled date of return (Friday) and just let them know and I would be able to have it for another day. Friday morning I called as directed and spoke to a different U-Haul representative to extend my time with the truck and was told that they wouldn't do that and that they needed the truck back by noon (it was then about 9:30am and I was a few hours away from the scheduled return destination). After informing the representative what I was previously informed she very rudely sighed and said that the longest I could keep it was 5pm and that after 5pm it would no longer be under contract. Might I add that I was moving my entire 4 bedroom household independently in a heatwave following my husband's death that resulted in my children and I losing our home. Because of needing to rush to return the truck against what I was previously informed it resulted in me suffering numerous injuries with trying to return the truck on time. Upon returning the truck I returned the truck with less than half a quarter tank worth of gas that I received it and was charged like $67 for fuel costs. I feel completely taken advantage of and had a horrible experienceMARISKA M.

I signed up for a 10' reservation from u-haul in Seattle as the preferred location. 24 hours before the reservation, they call and change my location to Everett. It would have taken 1 hour and 50 minutes and 3 buses to get to this new location or close to $70 for a private carshare. The customer service agent was unable to provide any discounts for the trouble. The rental pick up location was a gas station that did not feel safe. The truck keys were handed to me without any checks on brakes/lights or viewing the dirty interior.Liane L.
I called and booked a uhal via the phone due to the concern of checking the box that the truck was not available at the location I needed. The representative assured me the truck was there and there were no issues. The week of my move I was buying boxes and asked an in store representative if I needed to do anything regarding my uhaul. He stated my truck was available and no further action. On Wednesday I received a call saying my uhaul was not available. I missed the call and my order was cancelled. I called back the customer service number and spoke to a representative that told me she was unable to help. I asked her to transfer me to a manager. She transferred me back to the general line. The next representative I spoke to was able to get me a larger truck in an inconvenient location. She was understanding of my frustration. On Friday, I received a call saying the larger truck I booked was unavailable and I had to drive even further to a different location to pick up the truck. At the location I was told the price was going to be roughly $600 instead of $430. I told the representative that was incorrect and he told me I had to return the car to Corvallis, OR for a cheaper price. When I looked at my confirmation I had to return the truck to Eugene, OR. The entire experience was unpleasant and extremely unorgaizied. I was very disappointed with the customer service provided and being sent in many directions even though my uhaul was booked a month in advance.ANTHONY M.

Customer service was horrible on both ends of my experience. Rude and short to me. I had to go to 2 locations to pick up my truck and the first guy was no help! Both at my pick up location and delivery location, they were extremely rude! At the pick up location, they left me stranded to figure out the car hauler and was going to put a homeless man in the truck to back it up to the trailer who was smoking. The drop off location, The lady in the office portion was very nice and helpful but the guys who unhooked my trailer weren't nice at all and the African-American employee kept yelling at me to hurry up and get my stuff out of the U-Haul and into my truck and he was threatening me with the air blower compressor because he wanted to blow the truck out. I told him I needed to still get my stuff out. He actually started spraying the air towards me while my personal truck was parked next to the U-Haul still while I was organizing my stuff. The people working at this location were extremely rude. Yelled at us and caused a scene inside this location. They charged me more then what I needed for miles and gave us a truck that was parked over a curb hanging into a ditch. And then proceeded to scream at us from inside the store while we spent 20 minutes trying to get the truck off of the curb and ditch. Would not recommend working with this locationCAROLINE C.
While I give the location I picked up the U-haul from an above average score, the location at 6443 Evergreen get;s a gakf star, i showed up to get the 26 foot rental and was told they texted me earlier that morning that their truck was broken and my rental had been transferred to a location "a couple blocks away" according to them. I had been dropped off so had no way to get there. The walk was several miles away by the time I had realized that. The rental I was offered was a 20 foot truck and not the 26 foot. Vehicle smelled like cigarettes. The day before they called me up and rerouted me 20 min out of my way. They also sent me a text saying that if I feel out the information online then I could show up and pick up the keys. I filled out the information online including my driver's license pictures. I received an immediate confirmation that when I show up the keys would be ready. They were not. I sat around 10 min eventually after taking down all my information again he just hands me the keys. When I get home with the uhaul, There was no appliance dolly like I had requested and that they told me would be in the U-Haul. I called up and they let me know that they don't have my information on file and that I am driving around in a storm stolen vehicle. Then they proceeded to take my information for the third time in less than 24 hours and that I had to go to the original place that I was supposed to pick up the truck and get the appliance dolly. I showed up to pick up the appliance dolly and they charged me for it Second second time. Then when I returned the truck less than four hours later they charged me for the gas and mileage of going out of my way to pick up the truck and picking up the dolly. They told me that they would give me a free day which I did not need so I expected them to give me some sort of discount. All I got was a $50 discount. Will probably never go with U-Haul ever again.Christopher B.

The staff were very friendly and helpful so I have no complaints or issues with them. What I am upset about is I reserved a Ford transit Van for my u-haul rental and did not realise the SAS food market was where I needed to pick up the vehicle as I used the website for the one on Evergreen way. When I arrived, I ended up receiving a Chevy Box truck which was not what I reserved, I was very frustrated that I was sent to the wrong location first and then I didn't even get the vehicle I reserved ahead of time online for. Also, I did not feel comfortable at the location I picked up the u-haul from as there were homeless drug addicts hanging out right outside the entrance and I did not feel safe being a single woman alone around those types of people. I do not know if the website needs to be updated or maybe the locations but according to what I reserved on line, it was supposed to be a different u-haul by Jiffy Lube on Evergreen way. Again come at the staff was friendly and helpful and I had no problems with them but overall my experience was unsatisfying and I hope I will be directed to the correct location and get the vehicle I actually reserved next timeERICA K.
