The location itself is average. It is a little out of the way, but easy to find. The office was clean, the property is showing its age. With that said, I spent an hour trying to fix the order. The person there was not helpful and blamed me for the mistakes in my reservation.

Problem #1: The UHaul location did not have the moving blankets I ordered. They told me to go to a local gas station where they will provide me with the blankets (I guess the gas station was an auxiliary UHaul service location?) Anyways, the gas station did not have the blankets either, thus wasting my time. Problem #2: The warning notification for tire air pressure was on. I told the UHaul representative about it and she told me to fill up the tires myself or don't take the truck. I needed the truck (obviously), so I had to take it as is and waste time filling up the tires. All of the tires were significantly deflated when compared to the recommended tire pressure in the door jam. I, as a consumer, should not be authorized to adjust the tire pressure in the UHaul. However, I had no choice because I did not want to risk blowing a tire on the way. Problem #3: There was a puddle of dark oil in the back corner of the cargo space, which inevitably got all over my furniture during transit. An overall incredibly poor experience. I will be contacting UHaul for some sort of refund.

I was not given the trolley/pulley thing that I booked online..and whenever I tried calling back, no one picked up. I was transferred to three different locations before I just hung up because no one seemed to care to help, but just transfer to someone else

I have never rented a u haul before. Equipment was good and everything went smoothly.

This truck was a mess. Hair everywhere, dirt, and mud. I had to wash all the windows so I could see - this delayed my trip by 30 minutes. The passenger side mirror was loose so my daughter had to open the window regularly to reposition it. Ugh. I will GE calling UHaul for partial refund.

they didn't really know what was going on but they were nice. The truck had a trailer attached to it but that was u hauls fault though the location should have followed up to make sure it was unattached.

Uhaul made drop off my equipment sixty miles from my unload point. There is a uhaul location in albany. Not real smart. Would not use u again
