Her children were left in the store location unsupervised, and then all she did was complain about how U-Haul only gives her $100 commission and then she put the wrong mileage on the paperwork of what the truck had so I had to pay extra when I didn’t even go that many miles I would never recommend this place to anybody to get a U-Haul.

Natalie OI had my reservation scheduled for 11:30am. The one woman who ran this furniture store had left the shop before we got there. I called her and she assured me she'd be back soon. I didn't get out of there until almost 12:30 it threw off my entire day. The truck was extremely dirty inside and out. the window shield was so dirty she used a bottle of water to clean it off so we could see out of it. I want a partial refund this was my first experience using U-haul and I will not be returning. She was so unprofessional she didn't even apologize for the delay. Her shop is extremely dirty trash everywhere and disorganized as well as riddled with flies. 0 stars
Yvonne ROpened late. There was a line of people waiting for the place to open. The truck was not clean in the back and the dolly was laying in the back. Wanted to just let me use it and have me Zelle the money for it when my card had already been charged. There were 2 people booked for the same truck in front of me so someone who had a reservation for the next day lost their truck.

Jaswinder Jthe owner of this location went out of her way to help me and solve any problems i had from my pick up location this lady deserves a u-haul award and any bad reviews are false she is kind and did everything she could to help me not get screwed over because the pick up location didn't give any details or put any gas in the truck i picked up i really do appreciate her and she deserves a 5 star rating not a 4 and i promise you any review she has that is bad they are lying cause the person i dealt with was amazing generous and outstanding perfect service and excellence if it wasn't for her i wouldn't even think about using u-haul again she saved my first u-haul experience from being a disaster and me never using u-haul again santino's furniture is a outstanding u-haul service location

Mark BDon't quote people half the price that you charge at the end. We did not go over on miles at all, actually under the estimated amount when quoted. The truck was not there the first day we were supposed to pick it up. No one was there to check it back in when we dropped it off during business hours. Needless to say we will not use this company ever again and we will strongly discourage anyone we know from possibly going through what we did using u-haul for our truck rental. Sarai GRude and disgusting is the best description of this place. Should not be in the U-haul business. Gives U-haul a bad name and they could care less. Worst experience I have ever had with a business. Over charged us for service we never received. Do not rent from this place. We were just returning our rentals that the place we were supposed to go couldn't take. Avoid at all cost. We will never go her again. You do not want to do business here.

When we went to pick up the truck the lady that handed the keys to my driver was cussing and sweating at us did what she wanted to my contract and then kept repeating and swearing that she didn't need to be there. When we sweeeped the truck after moving things we found Christmas lights in the truck. I didn't move anything with that. I reported to corporate that the experience was horrible and we would never rent from here.
Angel DNatalie at Santino Furniture was awesome. I was in contact with her due to issues we were having. She told me not to worry things will be ok. You need more people like her working for you. She was understanding and willing to help me. Where as the Modesto location was not. Again Natalie was the best and I will recommend people to see her and not the Modesto location.

Bobby BNot sure. Had to wait 1 hour from scheduled pick-up time. There was a note on the door saying "be right back". Waited 15 mins and I called number and the woman said she was "just around the corner and she would be right there". Didn't show up for another 45 minutes. When I arrived home and rolled up the door on the truck's 15' box, it was full of trash and wood pallets. I immediately took a photo. We cleared the trash and pallets out to use the truck but replaced the pallets before returning because we had no place to dispose of them and they weren't ours anyhow. I told the woman when I returned it what we found and she asked me to text her the picture. I was shocked when I recieved my receipt in the mail and was charged a $50.00 cleaning fee. I called the woman and she was very surly - telling me the truck was clean when we took it and too bad, take it up with Uhaul, all in a very taunting manner. This person shouldn't be anywhere near the Uhaul brand.

Cory VI am glad to have gone to this location. I originally went to Creative Sew on Lander in Turlock (booked in person on 9-3-2022). I was told I could do online check in. However, when I got there on 9-18-2022, it was not available. Without my knowledge , my reservation was transferred to Santino's Furniture. In addition, Creative Sew was going to charge $80 to return the truck to THEIR location.
