I had an existing reservation for >1month for a 20 foot truck. 3 days before my move I was contacted and told it was not available and given a location >15 miles away as the nearest location. I had already chosen my drop off location previously. Upon changing my reservation, my drop off location was changed to >1 hour away from my move location without telling me. This created a huge problem from me on moving day. This was extremely unprofessional and I will not be recommending this service or service location to any other friends/family. One positive was that the mobile app was useful in checking in and dropping off.HENRY D.

The lady over changed me 17 miles, so a total of $18.53 Because she could not enter the mileage correctly in the system. Horrible Experience!! Never again... people please be aware of mileage on uhaul before leaving and point out to rude lady at counter or you too will be over charged!MELISSA H.

The truck was cleaned out but has crumbs throughout. Windshield was dirty. I just expected it to be covid clean. Or at least given something to wipe down the steering wheel. The truck had very loose steering. And had trouble shifting under small load. Office was nice and was immediately checking truck.MATTHEW M.

Reserved wed, 11/21 guy left without telling anyone, waited for someone to get back to me for 1 1/2 hr no compensation nothing, had to cancel Thanksgiving at my home because No truck to get my new furniture for my guest. Finally got a live person to reserve on 11/24, went ok, it smelled & had couple of dents/scratches we told them about & we took pic of gas & mileage before we drove away. Took pic & put gas to 1/2 like it was given to us & took same picture as people did and they over charged me $3 & some change, not a big deal but WHY?? 1 they didn't show me what they had but I showed them mine picture that we took of ONLY Trip A for our around trip. Not coming here for anything and don't recommend. I was told by friends they too had bad experience here at 110 Academy Sanger, CA!!Maria B.

Deposit has not been credited back it's been 4 days since return trailer also payment was charge but my deposit still hasn't been credited very upset cause it's $ 203.23 and the final rental only came out to 67.74 and that's been charge to original credit card of reservation when returngeromimo C.

The truck had no gas and I put $15 and didn't even get reimbursed. Ridiculous! Lost a customerSTEPHEN A.
I booked online andcwhen I got there to pick it up all the info had to be put in the computer again. Then it locked up and had to be reentered. While that was happening and because I was in a hurry ( hence: why I booked on line) I proceded ti hook up to the trailer. Then the lights didn't work and the assistant wanted to replace the bulb. After bumbling around for several minutes I said forget it and I will deal with it. Sorry experience overall but typical of what my experiences have been with uhaul in general. If there was anybody else to deal with I would.KELLY W.
