the owner is rude and lazy. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 8:30p. The location closes at 9:00p. When I arrive at 8:15p, the owner asked if I could come back tomorrow because he was ready to leave.Lezlee O.

The location had no lights on it was hard to see at night I missed it twice. Overall I had several problems, I booked a 10ft truck 7 mins from my apartment, they call and say that they do not have that they only have 15ft I agreed to do that instead, however I was not told the change of location, I called back because the pick up place was now 30 mins from my apartment and I was never told the change of location. They have me extra time which I appreciated and could pick it up Friday night instead of Saturday morning , I got to pick it up Friday night my reservation was for 9 I was told the latest I could get there was 10, I call U-Haul stating I might be late to the pickup due to traffic. I was told it was fine I can pick up anytime because of the 24 hour pickup. I get there at 9:56 and start the check in and was kicked out of the check in at 10. I call back and wait an hour on hold to be told the other guy should have changed my check in time but didn't and that's why I got kicked out and could not be approved. I finally get approved and get the key and it's the key to the wrong car, same car size just different number vehicle. I go to call back and it says an hour on hold again, at that point I had been sitting there waiting almost 2 hours to pick up my truck and it was almost midnight and took the key that was given to me in the box and used that vehicle. Now everything is messed up because the other vehicle was registered to me but I could not get it.Isabella P.

The back of the truck was full with empty plastic bottles, also I was used masks in the floor by the seats. I filled him up with gas in the gas station my final receipt was $70.53, I walked out of there and when I rides home I checked my bank account the charge was $79.01 cents I do not understand why, very disappointed.Lorenc R.

Unfortunately, the location had a new employee unfamiliar with the process of rental vehicles. The owner showed up later to take care of the order. Uhaul did not have equipment at the location we had reserved so we had to drive 25 miles away to pick up truck.Scott V.

My truck was absolutely disgusting. The cabin had trash in it and it smelled like smoke. The back of the truck also had trash and broken glass in it. The mirror was broken. It's obvious that this trunk has been cleaned or checked before the next rental.TIFFANY F.

They could not find my U-Haul key and then failed to properly check me in so that U-haul assumed I never picked up the truck. I never got to take condition pictures and had to call to make sure I would even be able to return it. Truck was a piece of junk and was stressful all the way to CharlotteHOUSTON T.
I switched to this location the night before because the Altamonte Springs location did not have the truck I reserved. When I called, 4 hours before pick up, to confirm the truck was available I was told he did not have a truck for me. Then it changed to he had a truck but it would be 2-3 hours after I reserved to pick up. After awhile received a text that a truck would be there at 4. Then 15 minutes before that, after I already booked a Lyft to take me, I got another text the man was not answering and had not returned the truck. I had to cancel my Lyft. 20 minutes after 4, I get another text that the truck had been returned and ready. When I didn't respond immediately, I got a call to see if I was coming. I stopped what I was doing at this point and drove to only get the keys until I could get a ride back to pick up the truck. The location is in an old gas station that also works as a convenience store and clothing/hat store. It is not well kept and dirty. The truck was not cleaned prior to being given to me and was left with cigarette ashes in it. I did not see this until the next day as it was night when I picked up the truck. The gentleman working was friendly but overbearing at times. The experience was not the best but could have been worse.ALLISON G.
The truck still had trash from the previous renter which I had to clean in fear of me being held liable and charged. The dealer was laid back literally with his feet kicked up and his flashy jewelry as a gigalo which made me feel uncomfortable and scared about renting. I paid the fee, for 12 miles, and a security deposit of $100. I returned the truck cleaned and gassed up and even though I only drove 11 miles I was still charged.terrence M.
I really liked the owner. Nothing but professional. All other locations were closed but he stayed open. I arrived at another uhaul and was denied service even though they should have been open still. No reason, they just wouldn't allow me in 5 minutes before closing. This location was the exatlct opposite. Kind and caring.BRIAN F.
