Michael SI rented a truck from a U-Haul location located in Apache Junction, AZ who misrepresented the beginning odometer reading as 11 miles more than it actually was. Thankfully, I took a photo of the odometer reading when I got the keys and entered the truck. However, when I returned the truck and showed the manager the discrepancy and the odometer photo, he claimed there was nothing he could do and that all I would need to do is email him the photo and I would be refunded... which I did that same day. That was two months ago. I have never been emailed back and never refunded. BEWARE of this scam by NOT accepting keys to anything until only AFTER first verifying with the manager the starting odometer reading he places on the contract!!!
Brent MThis was the 4th location I was given as a pick up location. He was so amazing and helpful! The first three that I was given were not open even though the representative said they would be. It was an extreme hassle to get this truck and I ended up with a 15' truck instead of a 10' truck that I reserved because that was the only size available at this location. Not impressed with UHaul- impressed with pick up location.

KIM CThe $19.95 price for a truck is very misleading. By the time all was said and done I spent almost $50 to rent the vehicle for one day. Also, the truck was pretty dirty. Like someone had taken it off road in the mud.
