After a long day of driving and unloading when the trailer hitch was a little hard to get off the ball and they had just the right tool to get it loose and take trailer off the hitch.Ed H.

i was charged an additional day when owner was not there to check me in nor did the employee. Owner tried saying gas gage was on proper setting after parking the truck on a hill.shane F.
I filled out all of the paperwork when I made the reservation in person. When my husband went to pick up the trailer, he was required to do it all over again. Only chose this location because they had the equipment I needed. Did not know that the State of OK requires the purchase of the insurance.claudia H.

Took an hour and 40 minutes from the time I arrived to rent the truck to finally get the keys and in the vehicle. They couldn't get computer to work and then I did the rental on my phone and he still couldn't figure out how to verify reservation, even tho I showed my email and reservation code. Poor customer service at this location and training on computer.Dustin H.
U-Haul Phone number did not work. Searched and found number, call and told them going to be there in 10 min. They were not ready and did not seem to really know. I would recommend you use Daves in Jay when possible.roger H.

Drop off was the Best thing about the trip. Friendly understanding service. But the U-Haul that we Renton was horrible it kept overheating because of Carson City not taking the time to servicekelli D.
We were incorrectly charged by this location and not notified of the charge being made. The charge should never have been made to start with. DO NOT recommend using this location to anyone.Cindy R.

Make sure when you make a reservation that the truck is actually available and not broken down. Brixeys Trading post did not notify us that the truck was not in working order. Then they wasted our time and money driving over to get the truck. S&S store was smelly and dirty. Moving blankets stunk so bad I had to bag them up for fear of making our stuff stink!!!! The guy had a hard time speaking English we could not understand him. Fresh Start Automotive was the only people that were friendly and willing to actually help us find a truck. They were the ones I actually wanted a reservation with but uhaul changed it last min. Not happy with that!!!! Fresh Start Automotive was wonderful they were able to help us get on the road after uhauls delay of 5 hours!!!!!Lace H.
Owner was rude. Couldn't understand him. When I asked him to repeat what he said he got angry. Didn't want to deal with me me. Kept making me stand and wait while he did others. Then when the person who was going to drive the uhaul went to get it, it had to be pulled out cause it was stuck where it was parked and owner acted like it was an inconvenience to him.. I am not happy with my uhaul experience.. I had to drive 20 mins out of my way twice to get a uhaul. Wasting my gas and spending more in the uhaul. I reserved a uhaul in my town in advance and someone calls me the day before in the afternoon to tell me every place will b closed so I have to drive out of my way.. which was wrong. One place was open the day I wanted it. And I didn't even get the furniture protector clothes I reserved.. they were out. Even though he asked if I needed some.. which if your out why ask?? I got an extra day with the uhaul cause I had to pick it up the day before the day I reserved it so I could get the size I needed for free. I explained that wasn't going to do me any good cause the person who has to drive it, cause I can't, won't be here till morning to pick it up. So it didn't benefit me at all.. then the guy at the place tried to charge me for it. Uhaul didn't have their communication together.. I'm not a happy costumer.. not after what it cost..Michelle R.

The guy who was supposed to be there was not, wanted me to wait for an hour for him to get there. He was not even in the state! Would not let his employees do the paperwork for the Uhaul.GREGROY J G.
They did not know that I was coming. I had to do all the registration over a cordless telephone in the store that was staticy and had to call me back. I had a difficult time understanding him. The blankets, boxes, and mattress covers that I ordered were not available at the location after I paid for them online. Overall my expectations were not met.JUSTIN D.
The person at this location did not speak english very well, very hard to communicate with him. I felt I should have recieved a reciept that the truck was retuned with all blankets and dolly's and the truck had the correct fuel. I did not feel I could trust the individual that checked me back inDAVID H.
Did not speak English well and had to go to different location to do paper work and was there for an hour as they couldn't figure out how to do something in computer. I received no paperwork so when I went back to location where trailer was I did not know which one to get so had to call them back. All of this after I had reserved online to hopefully speed up process.Austin J.
It was very frustrating not being able to talk to U-Haul directly. The people running the gas station that we rented the truck from did not speak english very well, and we had to talk to someone on the phone (who had loud kids and wife in the background) in order to pick up our truck. It took nearly an hour. Penske and Budget were both under 15 minutes when we rented moving trucks from them. Probably will stick with those companies in the future.BEN H.

I ordered 5 dozen furniture pads. I was able to get 6 pads, not even one dozen. I had to wait over an hour for someone to arrive that could understand enough English to rent me the equipment that I had reserved 2 weeks earlier. The roof of the truck box leaked water all over my belongings.RONALD D.
It took over an hour to pick up a pre reserved UHaul from this location. We could not understand the man & he could not understand us. I received no paperwork or receipt from my credit card. He just kept saying printer no work sorry. He did not inspect the UHaul with us either, just handed us the keys. There were many things wrong with the UHaul we did not want to be held responsible for on the other end. Overall worst experience ever with Uhaul.MARILYN F.

They did not know what they were doing and did not speak English. The owner was at another store and tried to do everything over the phone. The attendants were clueless and it took over one and a half hours just to get the paperwork completed so I could get the truck. When I returned it, the same thing happened.William P.
