Firstly, The attendant didnt speak english very well so communicating was difficult. Secondly, he double charged me for the protection plan for the rental so I ended up being charged more than what was quoted. When I tried asking about why I was being overcharged it didnt do any good because of the language barrier.

Employee did not know anything about uhaul proceedures or how to close out the reservation, had to call company for help and it took over an hour to return the trailer

First without notice we got sent to a different location which was 30+ minutes away. Not only was this location not clean or inviting it was also impossible to communicate with the person who was supposed to be helping us. He could not speak English. He had to call the 1-800 number and have us talk to someone on the phone so that things could get moving because he had no idea what was going on. It was obnoxious.
