People at this location are quick, friendly, and make it easy to get started.

It was a simple process and an easy location for pick up and drop off. I had no problems and would use them again in a heartbeat if I needed a U-Haul!

Make sure that trucks are clean and free from pest before renting to another customer. Poor upkeep. Nasty,sticky stuff everywhere, dog hair everywhere. Just nasty truck overall.

I forgot two iron stick which stuck beside the door, I call them three time, they keep telling me call back tomorrow at 1, then the third day, one owner said, stop calling , the truck is out of town. it take only 1 minutes to check it , but they just ignore me and let me wait and call them. they just wasting time let me to call them.

This isn’t towards the location. I was sent to multiple alternate pick-up locations and they were either closed or didn’t have what I was trying to reserve. When I spoke on the phone with someone about the reservations prior, everything was confirmed, but when I arrived, it was a complete upset to have driven so far for lost hopes. I would say better communication between the locations and customer service. The location I successfully had today was great!

There seemed to be some cockroaches in the truck and some grease in the back part of the truck. Other than that, awesome experience and would definitely use them again!

There was no drop box for after hours drop offs and no instructions given towards what to do for after hours drop off in leu of a box. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee for a vehicle that was left in the same condition as when I got it and even left it with more gas than when I had picked it up with. I had to make several calls to have someone actually document and submit a complaint. I am now being charged an additional $107 for what I believe is a U-Haul location abusing customers for nickel and diming for additional profit. I still haven’t heard from any management.

Not overcharge someone mileage they use traveling from the location to there house to load their furniture to move to another location. And may I add they had other locations closer to my house that had available truck n I was told that it wasn't

I love how personable they are at this location, I always request this location I live off of Burbank dr. it is convent, not to mention fast service, as well as lots of things to buy while in the store. It is a unique shop to say the least. i love this place for lots of reasons. sahara street

Rudest, nastiest female employee. Had trouble pulling up my contract and tried to imply that it was my fault. I explained to her that i waited 30 minutes to pick up my truck because of computer issues. I could not wait and asked her to just charge my card when the computer came back online. I told her i was going to leave and i wanted my copy of the contract back. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY COPY OF THE CONTRACT BACK!!!! I believe that's cause for legal action.

You need to honor the location pick up that the reservation was made for. I had to get a smaller truck to avoid having to drive 35 miles from where I made the reservation. Still had to go way out of my way to pick up truck.

It was easy to understand & simple process. There should be more than one person working. She was great, but she had to do so much by herself.

In may of 2017 I rented a uhaul from this location and it was full of roaches. It took me 2 hours to clean it and spray it. This time around the truck had roaches as well this place is disgusting

I made my reservation at a storage place and my reservation was changed to a liquor store that I was very uncomfortable at. The Uhaul website said that my reservation was guaranteed but I got a called saying that they changed my reservation and they did not have the equipment I reserved.

The guy who checked out the UHaul to me was rude, and threatened me with a $250 late fee if I returned it late. This was after no communication, and particularly no communication regarding the fact that they wouldn't have the UHaul for the time I specified. If I had known that I couldn't have it for the time specified before I got there, I would have made different arrangements. As it was, I couldn't complete my move with the UHaul. The lady and gentleman to whom I returned the UHaul were polite and officious. I won't be using UHaul again after this move, because this is the second year in a row that there have been problems. If the UHaul wasn't available for the time specified at that location, I would have gone to another location to get the truck. Instead, I am relying on the kindness of friends and strangers to help me finish my move. I would not recommend either this location or UHaul to friends and family.

The cab of the truck had a fowl odor. It took a long time to pick up the vehicle and the person did not know how to complete a one way. The mileage cap was not explained. We requested to pick up in Prairieville and had to pick up in Baton Rouge which added 25 extra miles.

Only negative was that truck was not gassed (by the previous renter). But the people at this shop were very helpful about that and resolved it immediately. The truck was excellent.
