the gauge for filling the tank was read wrong when we got in to drive it away the gauge read 3/4 full but the contract read full not happy that we had to use extra money to fill the tank if it was not full.
One of the tail brake lights was now working
This facility went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Unfortunately, the company changed our reservation and gave our truck to another customer resulting in us driving another 30 minutes further to pick up the truck. This was a frustrating situation and out of our control.
I cleaned the truck and they still charged me 27 dollars
It was closed I just dropped it off.

Although there was no problem with this location and the rep I spoke to was very helpful, I rented the tow dolly on 11/22/19 and return it to this location on 11/23/19 about 1200 well before the 24hrs was up. I was still charged for two days. I would like the refund for the day I did not use it.
I can't rate the drop-off location because they were not there.
I dropped it off at night when the place was closed but called the owner that morning and he was very helpful.
U-Haul should update its website to show this drop off location, not the old location. It took a call to the location and a 30 minute search to find this location. U-Haul has the worst service I have ever seen
Lied about the fuel level in the van that was returned and proceeded to charge me for it. They didn't notify the individuals that were there of this potential issue so they couldn't dispute it. This company is a very shady company and very dishonest in their practices. You should all be ashamed of how this business is run.
Fix the payment system. It took nearly an hour to rent the truck.

Had a terrible experience picking up the 26' truck. The U-Haul employee was rude. I hope my race had nothing to do with it but was nice to others. Sent in a complaint and GOT NOWHERE.

I forgot to tell them that the truck I had would not upshift very well, especially loaded. When accelerating to highway speed, the truck would be turning over 4000 rpm, and I'd have to let off the accelerator before it would upshift several seconds later. Maybe a transmission problem???
They were great! They made it easy to drop off. They unhooked us and checked us out quickly.

I had to rent a 10' truck on line due to the fact the 15' was out till the morning I needed it. I even called and talked to the location and ask them to hole the 15' so I could change my reservation when I got there. After being told they would, they rented it before I got there. Now I have to drive another 500 miles round trip to get the remaining items for my mother's move. Extra money and extra time off. Would love to get a FREE Cargo Van rental to finish the job with. If they couldn't commit to holding the truck for me, they should have said so, to allow me to look elsewhere.
The truck had 10 miles to go till empty when I got it. I pulled a trailer, but I had to go to another town to get the trailer even though I reserved both truck and trailer 2 weeks in advance. The truck had a flat tire when I got it and I didn't know it. Plus the trailer lights didn't work because of a blown fuse. So I had to call U-Haul for them to fix it. The truck doesn't seem to have been checked out when it was returned by the previous person. The guy didn't even have the fuse it needed and had no way to buy a fuse in the town we were in so I had to go buy one for him.
The people were friendly and helpful and efficient.
All we did was drop off the trailer. They were closed.
Worst experience ever. I went online at uhaul.com. Reserved a 5x8 pull trailer to pick up in Colby KS . Got to the place in Colby and they said they didn't have any trailers ... showed them my email confirmations, told me I had to go to Goodland KS ... 80 miles out of my way... worst thing was the treatment by uhaul customer service... so very rude... certainly does not reflect our Midwestern values... hung up several times on my son... who is a college professor and very mild mannered... they eventually took 25 dollars of the bill... but my goodness, 80 miles RT to pick up at a different location, and also treated like this was our fault, will certainly use another service next time... The attendant at this location did not get out of his chair or come out to help me find a spot to place the trailer or help unhook it. He just asked for my name and said leave it out with the other ones out side. When I was done I went back to see if I needed any paperwork to show I dropped it off and he said it had already been done in the system. I would have liked to have seen more customer service and would have liked him to show me where to put the trailer. He acted like I was a nuisance. I would have liked to have had help unhooking the trailer from my truck.
I would suggest to U-Haul that the next time the company closes one of its locations (Burlington, Colorado) that it immediately inform its reservation renters and the public in general. I had reserved a moving van and a car hauler three weeks in advance at the local location; however, I was not notified of the closure of the location until a few days before the pick-up. Instead of having a five minute drive, I had to travel thirty. That was for the car hauler. I had to travel an hour to get the moving van. About the Goodland location itself, the folks there were very helpful and understanding. The Burlington, Colorado, closure really screwed with them as well. They were just as frustrated about the situation as I was.
When I made the reservation I asked for 6 moving pads/blankets. After picking up trailer I noticed they were not there. I called and was told they don't carry pads. Why would they have not told me when I made the reservation? They person I spoke to did not apologize or offer any further help. Annoyed.
Best uhaul renting experience ever. They group at S&M is awesome.
How about radial ties on trailers? Our auto-transporter had one blow-out on the road and then a second tire with a chunk of tread separated which we got replaced before it blew-out. Service in getting both taken care of was excellent. My experience in 40 years of farming is that radial tires don't have that problem very often.
I booked a 4x8 trailer for $99. There wasn't one available & I was auto upgraded to a 5x8 at $179. Took an hour to rectify the error. Totally unacceptable This is not a problem with the location! It is a problem with U-Haul!

Have the products they ordered in there and not all the extra, 60 blankets provided when 0 were requested was a nuisance.
We were told to just walk up and pick a truck they keys are in it.. because they don't work weekends. A guy showed up and basically had never done anything with uhaul because they are a towing company first. We didn't know any info so we they made us call uhaul and get the truck number for them, the truck ended up needing an inspection so we had to get a different one. We weren't given any paperwork, or told where to drop it off or anything.
