In the beginning had a truck with broken side mirror, West ommediately helped and got another truck. This took some of my time but West she was great. Thank you for her assistance and teying her best to run things as smootj as possible. Great custimer service

The woman on duty said she wasn’t trained to unhook or help unload my car from the transport, so I had to figure it out myself. No guidance when I backed it down the ramps of the transport. Frustrating and very disappointing.

The truck was very poorly maintained. The vehicle shuddered a lot when in motion. The window handle broke off in my hand and the emergency brake handle was also broken, which meant that I couldn't use it when parking the truck in my driveway.

Rental service was great, lady at front desk was nice. We rented a trailer 5 x 12 worked great the only thing I would suggest is to clean the trailers. Ours had junk in side and mud on sides caked on other then that it worked great!

To begin with the store was dirty ans smelled bad. Not to mention that they still have fall decor and rotten pumpkins in the front of the office. The uhaul was dirty and we could barely see out of the windshield. When we returned the uhaul i was presented with a receipt, the charges were not explained until I asked. I was charged for gas because she did not read the gauge correctly. We went outside with a gentle that offered to take a second look, he red the gauge correctly and gave us a credit.

I originally set up the rental from 8am to 1pm. The person checking me out for the truck did ask if I was still ok with the 1pm return time. She did not mention that I would be charged a full second day if it was late. The truck was returned 45 minutes late and I was charged a second day at $29.95. This should have been explicitly clear, prior. If it had been I would have just extended the return time initially.

This was not our original pick up station. After spending 2 hours at the first location because the original truck we received was not well maintained, it had a hole in the gas tank, we were referred go S& J moving supplies for another truck. I was overcharged on my bill which still needs to be rectified.

Celeste at S&J Moving Supplies was above and beyond helpful and kind. She informed me of the truck cleaning policy when we got there to return the truck so that I could sweep and air blow the back of the truck. I was not informed of that at the pickup location. Celeste also stayed open a bit longer so that my son-in-law could put gas in the truck instead of paying the outrageous gas price through Uhaul. I commend Celeste on an awesome job and I appreciated her help and kindness immensely.

Charged a deposit for a 100 miles, and the truck cut off on me and had major mechanical issues. I wasn’t able to complete my move then the office stated when I returned the truck that it had been a one way from out of town and just recently was in a repair shop. Totally unhappy!!!

Threatening me to report the truck stolen when I was already calling them to say I’m cleaning the truck up and getting gas then returning it to them is absurd. Trailer had debris and small rocks strewn about. Even though I completed the express checkout on line, there was no record of that in their system. When I returned the trailer, the two staff members basically ignored me for about 15 minutes. They told me to back the trailer in and disconnect everything myself. The price for renting the trailer was good, the service not so much.

they robbed me for my money they are full of crap I specifically told them I needed the truck for 2 full days and they charged me for 3 they said I went 100miles I didn't get my deposit back so total it came out to $274 so my thing is a week before that I rented the 26-footer and I returned it the same exact time as the one I did recently and it was $40 a day so $80 so they charged me $274 for the smaller truck I don't get it a f****** piss me off so pretty much I got robbed

Maybe the employees could be a little happier? Both of them were griping about working the whole time. Also online said I could recieve a discount for using my AAA card. I understand I had to buy Uhauls insurance, I always do, however, I was flat out told NO I CAN NOT HAVE AAA DISCOUNT. Kinda rude.

The personnel at this location were extremely rude and belligerent with customers. Truck was reserved for mobile pick-up. It was not accessible and we had to go inside to check out. The woman behind the desk was snippy and rude stating that they didn't do the mobile service any longer. She checked us out and made sure that we knew that we had to check the mileage and that the truck had to be returned with a half tank of gas or that we would be charged $5.95 per gallon. She DID NOT confirm the information from the computer so we took a picture of the odometer and gas level (different number of miles - by 1.1 miles and the gas was under half by about 4 gallons.) We used the vehicle and returned it within 4.5 hours. The same woman was outside when we pulled in and shouted at us to leave the keys in the truck. She stated that she would settled the rental amounts and email the final statement. I informed her that the starting mileage was incorrect at which point she snippily asked if I'd had taken a picture and loaded it on the app. I reminded her that we did not do the mobile checkout and she rudely said I was sent an email and should have posted the difference there. We did NOT receive an email after checking out in the morning. We went into the office to finish the return and both she and an elderly gentleman scoffed at us when we wanted them to fix the mileage on the contract, going so far as to say "can we just give you a dollar from my pocket?" The gentleman then scolded us and stated that we should have come right back in to redo the contract with the correct mileage. He was the one who drove it up from where it was parked in the back; he didn't think to record the mileage and gas level at the time? Had they not been so rude I would have let it go. But if they think it's acceptable to cheat customers and not check their equipment prior to drafting a contract, that's bad business. Then, to belittle customers and treat them so poorly that's not a good representative of the company at all.

Customer service was bad. I ask to confirm a damage before me with the other store and customer service tried to turn the table around and make it my fault. Customer service needs some serious training on PR and better customer service. Not surprise if this behavior is deterring this location from being a better store.

Initial pick up location was closed while the website allowed me to schedule the pick up, and this happened again the next morning.

The truck was delivered at 1/4 tank. It gives us no sense of how much gas to put in the truck to come back at a 1/4 tank. If we don't put in enough the Uhaul location charges a $30 fee and a cost of gas at 5.79 or so a gallon. If we put in too much gas they won't credit us for the overage of gas in the truck. It is a lose-lose for the customer. Why can't they deliver the truck to us with a full tank and we bring it back full? It takes away the guess work. That's how it works at a car rental agency. When we brought this up with the Uhaul location they got defensive and didn't give us a good customer experience. I won't recommend that location and I think it is a cheap practice.

Dawn /dad were very helpful. even helped my daughter w/truck rental. she picked wrong one and Dawn helped her with no problem in correcting size. I will come back if ever decide to use RV storage.
