My order was lost ... i was charged 100 which I paid cash cause my card would not swipe, so upon return I paid another 115 cash... and i find my card that didn't swipe was charged 136????

The saleswoman Susan was nice, but she was slow. I arrived at 2:45pm for my truck. She was slow operating the computer. The truck was filled with roaches and a lot of dirt in the cabin area. Bless her heart, she was too elderly to get in the truck to clean it. By the time I loaded the blankets, and swept the truck out it was 3:38, buy yet 3 pm was still on my paperwork. I asked her to make the adjustment, but she said she couldn't. She said I had to call customer service. I had to remind her that because of the delay, I checked out very late. Again she was very sweet, but sweet is not worth going through this hassle. Look my info up, I've used various services by Uhaul over the last 10-15 yrs. Next time I'm switching to a competitor. It's just not worth it.

The Uhaul experience was terrible. Not necessarily the location but the fact the reservation was originally scheduled for Pass Rd location in Gulfport- they had no equipment-.... We were sent a reservation at Long Beach Beatline location.... No one answered their phone and no one answered their door. We went back to Pass Rd location in Gulfport to only be told our reservation was in Biloxi, MS. Once at that location we did get a rental BUT only after the little old lady called Jackson, Ms because my name was spelled different from my DL, she put my DL # in incorrect which prompted the system to ask me to upload a picture of my DL. Fast forward. Upon returning the truck- which we finally got at 2:30PM on 6/1/20 - we were told we would be charged for 2 days because we didn't turn it at 9am on 6/2/20. After me correcting her misinformation- issue was resolved. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received from EVERY LOCATION representing a brand....

The ride share experience was one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. I would have expected things to be way more coordinated than they were. I had to change some details on the times, and with the help of actual people, it snowballed into a compete dumpster fire. It was baffling how hard this was to get completed. Make sure your people know where your services can happen instead of just trying to sell things. They ran me around town for 3 hours when ,if they actually had some detailed instructing, it could have taken 5-10 min to get the first problem resolved.

The person taking care of the transaction had issues with the computer, I had to input some of the information for her. The office reeked of cigarette smoke and there was a cigarette left burning in the ashtray. In my opinion, this is a very unprofessional operation, the only positive is that it's close to my location and that made it convenient for puck up and returning.

Printer didn't work, had to take picture of computer screen. Filled with cigarette smoke and mildew. Actually was sick after leaving. With all the other locations in and around the gulf coast, I strongly recommend U-Haul discontinue having this location as a pick up or drop off.

There was a lot of difficulty getting what was ordered and requested due to district office and Jackson office changing request , location and truck. I recommend The Hudson Khron location, but will not be using U Haul again.

Stunk horribly of cigarettes in check in area and looked very run down. Didn't offer any assistance unhooking trailer, lady was older so I understand that but staff should of been on hand to help. Makes you wonder if any trailer checks are even done before checking back out.

The rental drop off location was smoke filled, smelly and the clerk had to call to figure out how to check me in without a contract, which I never received at the pick up location. overall a very disappointing experience.

Truck ran very rough when first started and was surging even before I got to loading location. Ran truck several more miles and it than ran OK. Loaded and on road, steering was very erratic with significant slack in steering. Van body leaks on right side.

Worst place ever, first of all i was driving around for like 3 hrs from the first place wich didn't have the truck then i was sent to another place wich truck wasn't there yet because the customer was late then im sent to the worst place ever, the woman took about 50 min to process my rental it was a disaster, i couldn't make it on time to my destination, had to pay hotel room because of that just the worst experience ever

Obviously a mom and pop business, had me call them back several times to fix a charging issue. Was very testy and rude with me on the phone. Blabbed about their personal life of why they can't help me at the moment and to call back and a more convenient time for them.

I will never use UHaul ever again. The outgoing mileage on the truck that I used was not correct on my contract therefore causing me to be overcharged for the mileage .

when i picked this "new" truck up at S and E mini storage in woolmarket(biloxi) ms the box portion of the van was in horrible shape ie... lots of trash left behind from previous user and the mileage was approximately 40 miles more than ws on contract and the damage on the outside was not noted. As well as the fuel indicator was less than on contract paperwork. Also the truck rented was a "local" truck meaning that it was to b picked up and returned to same location. Now the truck I rented was returned to same pickup local approx 9-9 1/2 hours after pickup i receive an email stating i owe 128.09 from an unmonitored email. Pleasee by all means feel free to contact me at 228-224-6831 in reguards to these matters. AS I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!

The lady was very nice and helpful but the smoke in the office was so thick, my husband's throat was hurting and my eye's were watering when we left. I am glad that we did not use moving blankets because all of our belongings would have been ruined. No smoking in the office is a must if you want return customers.

The location of the drop off was convenient for me. But the one person at the location did not leave her chair. And the moving blankets that I returned neatly folded are now sitting in a cigarette smoke filled room. Not exactly what I would prefer for the next person that might use them against their personal belongings.

this was my 3rd stop to pick up my unit after a 1 week reservation. I spent almost $50 in gas to finally get my trailer. I did get a $50 credit but spent 3 hours on the road to get it. I have rented like 10 trailer's in the past, no problems but this one really screwed up my schedule

First, reserved the truck. Told the lady that we would pick it up at 3:30pm. She called me numerous times after I had told her the time to ask when we were going to get there to get the truck! Arrived to rent truck. Took a long time for the lady to get our reservation pulled up and get us going, like 30+ minutes. Later we noticed that we did not get the pads that we reserved. I called her back, and then she said that they didn't have any. Never told us at the time of the rental!

Lady at counter was smoking a cigarette and office was so full of smoke I had to step outside in the rain to wait for her to get things started. When I had to go back in, she told me it would be a deposit, even tho I was going one way. I told her the full amount came out of my bank when she ran the card but she kept saying they only took a deposit and it was the software doing wrong. She couldn't get things input right in computer and kept talking about how she hated U-haul and their software. I was given incorrect information and NOT a pleasant experience!!!

make sure they have the reservation and time. dont tell the customer they can drop off at the first uhaul they see and then charge the customer 38 dollars for wrong destination fee.

Took me 45 min to pick up a trailer which I had a reservation number for. I was the only customer, manager could not work computer to do my paperwork, had to get on phone with district manager. Finally I had to talk to the district manager on her cell phone to straighten out everything!! On the good side the trailer was excellent and worked perfectly.

The Place was very smoky, The lady could not get the computer to do my info. But the lady was very nice. She had to call the main office to have them put my info. in so I could get a trailer. The man on the phone was not nice, I had questions but he did not wont to here what I had to say, If I had more time I would have gone some where else. I only needed something very small.

It would have been nice if our trailer was at the promised location and not where we had to drive along way to get it. It defeated the purpose. Not thrilled about our entire process. had problems dropping it off too. Was given a list of them and the place we left it after hours was not thrilled. We had to leave it not locked up too which bothered us. The 800 number was of not assistance either. Uhaul does not have very good communication!
