Took me 30 minutes to find an employee to return the vehicle, and the store wouldn't answer their phone for assistance. Office was full of clutter with no real direction. Turned my key in around 11 and didn't get a receipt til 5. Plus charged for gas when matched. Poor experience with return location.Joshua O.

The appliance dolly was not on the truck at pick up. I had to source out a separate location and pick up next day. This delayed my timeline by a whole day. Also the truck had trash shoved under the seats. Monster cans and juice bottles as well as wrappers in the cup holders. Worst experience ever with uhaul!shane F.

Not the fault of the drop off location..but uhail hanges our location for drop off. All it said was Rockwall texas on my oder they emailed me. Spent the better part of an on the phone trying find out where the location was at. .Tim M.
The previous renter left a stack of discarded produce boxes in the rear of the truck. I had to dispose of spoiled green onions and several dozen boxes at my house befor loading the truck. The original reservation was changed and the new location did not open until 9:00 am. I paid an additional one hour of labor for 3 workers for loading.Mark S.

Rented a car dolly along with a 20ft truck. Was told to load truck come back the next day to pick up and load dolly. Came back and no one was on the premise. After searching around the multi business location I had to call for some one to come back. Then they felt uncomfortable assisting me with how the car was to be loaded on the dolly. They actually had me strap the car down. I was surprised with the lack of assistance in my first time to load a car dolly. I'm not sure if they knew how to either.Phillip S.

This is the second time I have used uhaul and have been charged additional fees that I dispute. I emailed a gm in response to a communication about the additional charges.
