The drop off process was easy and I know now to drop future equipment off on the app in order to be on time and not get charged extra days on trucks, equipment, or insurance policy. Thanks again Uhaul for not charging me the extra day.

Did not have dolly loaded in truck, had to return to pick it up. When returning the truck at my assigned time no one was in the office and I did not get reimbursed for my deposit. The trucks transmission was going out which caused for a bumpy ride, even after informing the desk clerk no other vehicle was offered. I have used UHAUL several times in the past but I do not recommend this location.

The first truck I received was not mechanically able to make a 400 mile trip and had lots of damage. I was not given a written receipt. All receipts were on email which I could not read. All equipment I ordered was not on truck, and we had to locate dollies and rent for our self which took away from our loading time which in fact made us a day later therefore we had to pay for an extra day. We were not happy at all with U-haul. I will not recommend this service to anyone. We were also charged for extra gas, when we returned the truck the gas hand was same as when we picked up the truck.

One of the lights did not work on the trailer switch to another same thing so took some time to load trailer

Everyone i've spoken to on the phone and otherwise with Uhaul was great. The shively location is just shady and tried to screw us out of some cash.

I originally scheduled for pick up in Bedford, KY. I had to pick up in La Grange, KY and I went over the mileage that was given. I should have gotten more miles and instead I went over. I went straight from the La grange KY pick up location to 51 Tingle Ln, Bedford KY and straight to our new address at 2500 Heartland Greens Pt, Owensboro KY. I drove the uhaul straight to the drop off location. I should not have been charged overage especially when I was inconvenienced to drive to La Grange to pick it up. I went all routes in which GPS directed me.

the vehicle had been smoked in and was left dirty .. the check out didnt work on my phone but the lady from Louisville was very helpful and made the transaction very easy. Thank you for the help !!

The vehicle was returned the same day, have a date stamp on my phone to clarify this. And was still charged a extra day fee . Not happy , waiting on a refund! The above info is all correct, returned to 606 Crystal Place in LaGrange,Ky. Apparently the gentleman did not work on the 26th to know the vehicle was already there. Instead a return time was 9:09pm. This is not a correct ate or time.
