LEANDRO CUnable to think of anything to improve on for this location. Making a reservation for the equipment that I need was easy. The equipment was ready and was attached to my vehicle by the staff. Returning the equipment was even easier. I will definitely recommend and rent from here again.

Jason GThe Pickup truck I got had someone who had smoked in it. The smell was difficult to remove. If there had been another Pickup truck available I would have asked for it. I find it hard to believe the U-haul person didn't smell this either and why nothing was said about it.

Hermes AThe clerk had to go through the process three times. Usually one would not have the patience. He was really nice but he smelled of alcohol. It was 11:30am. I used to work for U-Haul and usually they take you out and do a walkthrough with you, he had me check it out myself. The cab could have used a good wipe down, also had a lingering cigarette smell. Other than that the truck ran great.

Kevin POwner of the shop told me to fill the tank to full after my move with the truck.. I went a total of 11 miles with the truck and went to top it off and spent $21 on a little over 4 gallons. Told the owner that obviously the truck was not completely full when I took it and that it was his fault for showing on the receipt that the truck was full and to return it to full upon my return. Will never rent from this location again.

Brianna MBad customer service when I got up to the register after waiting in a long line. He helped other customers before me and didn’t tell me there would be a charge if I kept it pass Sunday which they were close.
Candice WIt would be fair if we got reimburse for filling up the gas tank. I was not happy with receiving a truck being 1/4 empty and having to fill it up and not be reimburse for the extra gas I spent when returning. Trucks should be at full tank at all times before renting.
