I checked in on-line but if that expedited the process - I'd hate to see the normal process. It took over 30 minutes to get the trailer. BB - the person that helped us said "I hate U-haul under his breath" while we were waiting for him to get us the trailer.
No need for improvements. All went smoothly and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

I guestimated the mileage at 30 miles Actual mileage was 23 will I get charged $23 as opposed to $30 or will I be getting a refund of $7 ? Other than that everything went perfect.
I will never recommend uhaul This was the worst moving experience of my life with uhaul! Never never never again!
A little slow to get started. Nobody was inside the shop (I'd say it's a vehicle repair place first, with some "on the side" U-Haul rentals), so I stood around for 15 minutes or so before being helped. Checking out the vehicle was the same as anywhere else. There seems to be no purpose to doing the online checkin. He still had to type in my name, birthdate, cc number, etc. Checkin was even easier than checkout. Dude guy there was real polite. I'd go back to that shop (he has better hours for us early birds).
customer service was great guy's at the uhaul the pickup and drop off was really professional and friendly. keep up the good work

Very convenient
This location was not open when I arrived to return the truck. I did call the number as directed when I rented the truck and the women who answered was very polite and friendly and helped me return the truck very fast. The girl in the gas station next to it was clueless, though. I thought the gas station and garage were one and the same but it's not. Rentals get returned to the garage.
My only quibble is that the guy's laptop crashed while processing my order, and we had to start over. You might want to do a system update on it.
Workers were rude, had us wait.
Rep was greeat and took care of all of my needs.
