San Carlos Grocery does not know that they are a U-Haul drop off location. I spent over thirty minutes talking to Karelia about the location stating they are not a drop off location. I was advised she made a note and will not be liable for any stolen or lost property. The manager at San Carlos grocery had no idea about the U-Haul drop off and said it's not offered. As instructed by U-Haul representative I left keys with from of counter and left. She had said my contract was fulfilled and I was set to go. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any moving company as far as service and utility. Started from missing equipment ordered to long wait times to even get ahold of someone. For starters U-Haul should really update or find replacement hubs for their truck. For example more than half of San Carlos grocery didn't speak English and seemed under influence of their own product. Safe to say we will consider ANY other alternative moving company next move.

It was a nightmare of a rental. They don't even have a real office where they allegedly say it is. DONT use that location.

I have already sent an email in, this was not a good day for me. There is work to be done for the office less system. My feelings are that your making money off my misery. There is a separation that is quite problematic with your system, but you are probably on the right track, just bugs to work out. If everything app and website hadn't froze on me I would be singing a different tune. This survey has come before I have discovered whether you have made this right for me financially or if it will be added insult to injury.

THE WORST U-haul rental experience I have had in 35+ years renting with U-Haul. The location I was instructed to go to was WRONG and it took me over an hour to track down where to go and how-to access the rental truck. There was a lot of confusing on how to pick up the truck. It took us and hour and a half to locate the truck and get the instructions on how to pick it up. There is no Uhaul agent at the San Carlos Grocery.
