The whole process was a challenge from the truck requested not being available at original pick up point to rude employees at the sight where the vehicle was available. Unhappy with UHaul over-all as not all customers (especially seniors) have cell phones to use apps to get keys and complete transactions!

the proprietor has a sign posted on the door essentially telling uhaul customers to go away and mind their own business and not to ask him anything. proprietor, when asked a question, was mute. we had to make 3-4 calls to the uhaul headquarters and another local uhaul dealer in the area; both of these were helpful. we heard from another dealer where we stopped on our trip to ask a question that they are considering leaving uhaul because of the sort of 'bad apples' - above - that smear their reputation when they want to have a great reputation. our experience was so poor - delaying us at least an hour! - and delaying others who were waiting for us - costing us dearly. we believe that uhaul should give us a credit for our next move coming up. we have several rentals coming up.

They did nothing right. Wrong truck and got overcharged. Took forever to validate rental pick up. Didn't need a 14 foot which I got at the 10 foot rate but then had to pay the gas on a larger truck Got overcharged not once, but twice since the location seems to think I returned the truck first on Monday 5/6 (I returned it same day 5/5) and then Wednesday 5/8. They literally did nothing right and I will now be contacting my credit card company to dispute the $307.65. Pathetic that I am wasting my time on this.
