I wrote in the last comment box what is going on and we need to figure this out but are not getting any answers from your customer service representatives by phone or locations we rented from. Niki JOur only problem was not with Al's it was with UHaul, we returned the trailer as it was suppose to be and then I got a e-mail stating the equipment had not been returned. After sittng waiting on the phone for a extremely long time on the third time trying I finely got thru to a representative for UHaul and told them that I had gotten an email stating that the rental equipment had not been returned on 12/01/23. The rep. said that was fine and a mistake had been made by UHaul and everything was taken care of. Next we received a notice that we have been charged for two extra days form the trailer not being returned, we then went back on hold for a rep. from UHaul and afterr two or three calls because of tired of being on hold we finally got another rep. she stated that she would have to speak to the return place to get them to veriify we had returned she sent us another refund to on my card for the charge for the two extra days. This is the worse experience that I have had in a long time. I would have thought they would have notified me before December the 4th that the equipment had not been returned and then before that they would have contact the drop off point which is a UHaul rental. to have found out that the trailerr has been returned on the 20th which was our time to return.I would have to think long and hard as to whether I would every use UHaul again.
sam mEnsure that the vehicle ordered (15-foot truck in this case) is available, not a lesser alternative (10-foot truck). This does not appear to have been the fault of the franchise, but of the system for allocating vehicles.
