Make sure the vehicles are checked throughoughly when returned. When I picked up the 20 foot truck I rented, the passenger side window was left cracked open and there was snow all over the passenger seat. Other than that, everything was excellent!Daniel M.

Your app is terrible. Both pick up and drop off I had issues with your app working and had to call customer service and wait forever to get someone to do it via email instead of using your crappy app and website service. I hope I never have to use uhaul again. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with your after hours check out and check in process via website or app. It's awful.Daniel M.

I was scammed on the mileage and they charged me insurance I said no .they basically emailed a bill they made up . The rental was correct but I was overcharged . Then when I called they blocked me . Bastards.william D.
A less expensive (per mile) option would be great. All we needed was to get a couch. Would be nice if the first 15 miles were included or something. Ended up costing $80Drew C.

The clerk and I inspected the outside of the truck and okayed where all the x marks were she didn't open the back door of the truck but I didn't think anything of it. When I got to when I had to load it I found a comforter and a sheet in the back of the truck.Keith B.
