give the customer credit for unused gas. I gave back 3/8 of a tank of gas. I was told at the p/u location that I would be charged $6 a gal. to bring the level of gas up to where it was when I started. Talk about a double standard. very unfair!

I reserved my car hauler to a U-Haul location that is about a mile from home only to be redirected to this one across town. Not that it was a huge deal, but I chose the most convenient location initially and that wasn't meant to be.

first and for most this was one of the worst haul experiences Ive ever had in my life location was so uninviting we was at the pick up location since 8am for our scheduled pick up the employee didn't arrive until 9:15am. the sales rep was Racist. he interrogated us on where was the truck going he made things so difficult for us.i actually called corporate and they called the store to assist because the sales rep on the phone had all of our information and she knew we was waiting since 8am she got on the phone to assist and the guy put her and continue to tell us the things he couldn't do when the sales rep on the phone was telling him all he needed to know. he told my employee the email that you have on file has to match your name ??? how is that even possible? he was saying our credit card was insufficient but the sales rep on the phone clearly said the card works as she Took the payment then he said the system was down he can't print a receipt smh he was the worst. we own a moving company he made 1hr and 45 mins late to our job and we were the only customers in the store I WANT A REFUND AND I FEEL INSULTED

The pick up spot for the truck was surrounded by puddles of water. Also There was a lot of grass that was unpredictable with holes in it.

I rented a truck from Sam at U-Haul in egg harbor township. He was very courteous and professional. I'll go back next time I need a van.

Sam's Liberty location was great. The online rental process was absolutely horrible. After inputting information it changed and was not correct. Drivers and their information was mixed. The woman I called on Sunday at 5:30 PM was rude and not knowledgeable. Thank goodness Sam is a nice guy. I will rent from him but i do NOT like dealing with U-Haul's terrible online process.

Owner of gas station/ UHaul was alone when I picked up/dropped off so he had to keep leaving to fill up cars getting gas and propane.

My issue is with Uhaul. I picked Truck up on sunday returned on Monday and was Charged for 3 Days. First contact with Uhaul no answer just repeat of bill. I was a Uhaul Dealer in the late 70"s and so was my Brother. This is not the company we worked with.
