Katherine BMy appt time was 5:30pm. Got a truck that had a broken wiper and the metal was scratching the windshield and of course it was raining. They originally told me to just take it to the Auto Part store and I told them no, I had intended to pick up and drive a U-Haul that was NOT broken. They seemed irritated with that response and told me to call road side assistance or just alluded to the fact to take a faulty broken U-Haul and figure it out. I had a fixed schedule and was intending to have a useable truck when I had made my appointment. Thankfully another truck came in and they told me to take it and proceeded to tell me that a new contract would be emailed. When I went out, I had told her there seemed to me unmarked scratches. The owner seemed annoyed that she had to go out to inspect the new truck. It was an absolute terrible and time consuming experience. I would not recommend!

Carla WI was in the parking lot for 1 hr. Because the van would not start. I blamed myself for the first 30 minutes and then waited for help for 30 min. The steering wheel was locked and the car would not start. I think I read the manual from cover to cover. Downside of not picking up the van earlier, but the street I was going to was under construction and the workman said they would not open the street until 5:00. All ended well.

David MMuch more maintenance and inspections need to be done on trailers before they are sent on the road. I am so disappointed and upset that this trailer was rented out in its condition. We are so blessed that we were not hurt during our rental experience.

Robert SAs soon as I started the U-Haul truck, a red light appeared on the Dashboard - I'm not sure if it was for the engine or the transmission, but the truck obviously had a critical problem so it could not be used. If the pick-up location had simply started the vehicle prior to renting it out, they would have seen that the truck had either an engine or transmission problem making it not available for rental. It resulted in a long delay that caused a significant reduction of the time that we had with the moving help. As a result, I was forced to load items that we had planned on the moving help to load for us. Your rental locations should at least check to make sure that the dashboard is NOT displaying red icons.

NOAH HDrop off was not smooth. Keys didn’t fit in drop box, no service on phone so difficult to complete close out

Jason BI was upset with the final price because I was told 1 price and charged almost 3X the given price which I thought was a bit crazy.
Tim PWe had to go in and ask them to help us disconnect the trailer then they stood there and watched. They were all very nice but not helpful.
Deirdre PI love this place. Mary was so accommodated with my reservation. I needed the truck earlier than my schedule to be pickup. She called me an hour before. Told me that the truck is back and ready for me. Returned the truck next day. The gentleman there was so nice also. To sum it up, they are so nice and pleasant. Highly recommended.
