Rented a tow dolly, the right rear fender was badly damaged. Had to go hunt the unit myself. The ratchets would not work. Had to go ask for wd40 to free them up. But other than that it was ok

Only issue I had was that they only told me what day to return the truck. They didn't tell me a time. Had to return on Sunday and they were closed on Sunday anyway. Charged me a n extra day rental. Not a game changer, just a little disappointed that I wasn't told and then charged an extra day's rental returning it even when they were closed.

I had to drive 35 minutes out of my way. I was only notified of the pickup location change the day before. Highly inconvenient.

well first off the truck was in poor condition and about 4 hrs into drive that was a 20 hr drive the exhaust had a bust it sounded like and there were fumes coming into cabin from it and I had to drive 14hrs with windows down in rain a lot of hrs. I didn't have time to have a change of uhaul as I was limited on time so the trucks definitely need better taken care of with maintenance wise. I would think if a truck that is going from OK to VA would be thoroughly inspected but it was. just glad I didn't get carbon monoxide poisoning. extremely unhappy with the vehicle. would be nice for some kind of compensation but I'm sure that want happen.

Was charged extra miles when the mileage was not over, I went from Sallisaw,OK to Mena,AR had 2.6 Miles left to use. We have used uhaul many times moving because my husband travels for work, if possible I will use Buget or another moving truck service from now on. The people were friendly, it's the thought of not being honest just to get extra money.

The trailet leaked my stuff was wet because it rained. A lot of dirt as well that after the leak my stuff was dirty as well.

No one was there dropped key in lock box. Fortunately a man came to get into his storage so I was able to leave the truck inside the fence. I would not liked to leave it outside the facility knowing I would be liable for pads as well as the truck.

I called and reserved a truck on the 20th. My daughter called to verify reservation since I was in the hospital in OKC. She was told that they could not guarantee there would be a truck on site and that if there wasn't one we would have to pick one up at another location. What is the point of reserving a truck if we have to go to another location? My daughter ended up reserving a trailer out of okc and when she went to pick up explained to them what was happening. The gentleman at that location got a hold of district manager. Come to find out that the truck that I reserved had never been scheduled. I'm thinking someone dropped the ball. Between the Yukon uhaul store and district manager they were able to go into the system and make sure we had a truck when we arrived in Sallisaw. The lady helping that day in the office was great.

The guy at this location sucks. I called that morning to check my reservation he told me they didn't have a 26ft truck. My husband called back spoke to a woman and they had the truck and my reservation.. and then I'm mad because when we got the u haul we were told it had a full tank! We got out to the u haul and the gas tank was only at 3/4ths full. A picture was taken and we walked right in and said HEY THE GAS TANK IS NOT FULL!! The guy just said well fill up and I'm sure they will give some sort of a refund. So I had to pay for 1/4 of a tank I didn't use and the guy behind the counter gave no solution to the problem and didn't care because it wasn't his problem!
