Perry TI scheduled my u haul trucks weeks in advance. The day before I moved I was set a confrontation text tell me my truck was ready it Little Rock when I asked for Sallisaw. Wasn’t a big deal to change but just a little more stress to my situation. Very happy tho the truck preformed well.

CHRISTOPHER BWe had a horrible experience with the service workers there. They were rude to us and disrespectful. We were assured the day before that the equipment was ready and available, but it was not the day we came to do our pickup. They gave us the wrong truck and it had the incorrect information. I would not use this business again.
BREANNA PPoor customer service. The truck had not been cleaned, there was trash in the cab of the truck,and there had been something stick spilled all over the dash and there was dog hair all over the cab. This is unacceptable during normal time, not to mention during a pandemic.
April HI had to unhook trailer from my vehicle and put in trailer line. I did ot appreciate this.
Darcy MThey sent me away with a dirty rental that had a hole on the inside tire and with a trailer type that I did not reserve that had rusted ratchets. They moved my drop off location and I had to call twice to find out we’re to drop the rentals and looks like they even changed me extra even though I put the gas over the amount required. Glad I have pictures
Robert MThe young woman behind the counter was not very friendly nor helpful. I had to find the equipment and hook it up by myself. Then one tow dolly was defective and the other was missing a part. Out of the two I made one work.
dennis bThis time using them as the drop of was good. The previous time they charged an extra 36.00 stating they had to sweep out the uhaul. I will wait to see if they do that again! I take pictures of the uhaul after it is empty always! The back and the cab so I know that was not true!

Sidney MBecause it is a storage location and people can get hot, sweaty, and dirty packing or unpacking thingsthey should have a public restroom or at least a sink to wash up.

HAROLD PMileage was in correct, fuel level incorrect, truck was not clean. Told girl at desk all she did was sign her name on a paper and I’m dealing with customer service to get the mileage, fuel and cleaning charges removed. No customer service and truck was junk.

MICHAEL HOnly on a associate seemed to know what was going on, and she had to pretty much run everything, including four (4) different overlapping customers at the same time. The car hauler, though reliable and sturdy/safe, the right side stop/ signal light was out, and when we went to double check everything after loading up, we found one (1) of the safety chains had been drug on the ground before we picked it up, as the chain had been ground almost completely through one link, and including the grounded area, completely rusty.
JOHN RI reserved blankets and a dolly along with a drop off location in OKC. When I got there the woman said nothing I needed was available (It was and I was able to get it) and also set up my drop off in yukon oklahoma (25 miles from where I was going) and told me there was not a single drop off location in all of oklahoma city.... I knew this was incorrect and asked her to call someone to make my location in oklahoma city and she told me no that I would need to call myself but her computer showed not one drop off in all of oklahoma city. Obviously I fixed that myself but horrible customer service
amy tEvidently the drop off location “Sallisaw Check Cashing” did not have access to the contactless check-in photos that I had to take and upload to the UHaul system. She insisted that I had to fill the truck up with fuel upon returning. I spoke with her and told her that it had 5/8ths fuel in the tank when I pick the truck up. She would have known that if she had the rental pick up pic’s available. I did return the truck at just above the 1/2 tank thinking that was close enough but she charged me $16.00 to put 2 gallons of fuel. Petty to say the least.

Diana ENo one was there to help me connect the trailer. No one checked the connections I made for safety. They did not sell or have any adapters to make the lights work with my vehicle and allowed me to drive away without working lights al all. Other times I have rented similar trailers at other locations, they were very concerned about safety concerns.
Michael BHooking up to a trailer with no assistance was a nightmare, it would have been nice to have an employee of the business to direct me. I had no clue if my running lights or brake lights were working properly. There are things that take two people
