THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE HAD DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE TRUCK APPEARS THAT IT HASNT BEEN MAINTAINED. THE TRUCK HAD BAD AXELS AND HAD ISSUES CHANGING GEARS. EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. 0/10 WOULD NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE OFFICE WAS DIRTY. THE LADY THAT WORKED THERE HAD AN ATTITUDE, WHEN WE TOLD HER THE TRUCK WAS HAVING ISSUES, HER RESPONSE WAS “YOU SHOULD’VE CALLED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE”. HONESTLY, ITS EMBARRASSING FOR U-HAUL. SHE EXPECTS HER CUSTOMERS TO GO GET THE TRUCK FROM THE BACK AND WHEN WE RETURNED WE HAD TO GO PARK IT AT THE BACK WHICH IS ALMOST 2 BLOCKS FROM THE OFFICE. THIS STORE IS NOT EQUIPPED TO BE A “U-HAUL STORE”. I ASKED ABOUT MILITARY DISCOUNT. SHE SAID SHE NEW NOTHING ABOUT IT. JUST A MESS. HOPE THIS CAN BE RECTIFIED IN THE FUTURE.

Nelson MI understand the procedures of the trucks availability but that is the problem. Having a customer wait until the day before to see if you have a truck is very stressful. Stress kills that's the biggest problem I experienced.

Jose RHave better customer service make sure all equipment or truck is clean we rented a tow to take a car and the person who was working that day didn’t demonstrate how to hook the tow to the car it was already hook prior to our arrival when asked how to unhook it person couldn’t show us it was only by words just horrible experience truck was also damage glad I took a pic and a video of it as a back up incase

Nelfree Plocation was far away from my home, you have locations more convenient to me, the pick up location was tiny I felt claustrophobic it was dirty, crowded very difficult to move around I became very stressed, however the people were normal in the attention to public. Thalia CI had made a reservation for pickup in Miami. On the pickup time i got called by Uhaul customer care that my ordered had to be cancelled. and reserved another one 8 miles farther from the previous location. That Uhaul center owner was not willing to give the vehicle even after the reservation. she was asking me to return vehicle in the same location as pickup (in hialeah). I had to convince her for about 15 minutes that Its expensive for me if i dropoff to same location. This was my first Uhaul after long time.and I am completely unsatisfied with this experience.

Rodrigo SIt complicated to return the truck because accessibility is compromised because location is crowded and full of vehicles being repaired. The whole matter was a bad experience because on top of I reserved at one facility, I was later sent far from home to get the truck. Hope this is not normal with you or will start loosing customers
