I'm mostly neutral on location because this is the first time we have rented a uhaul to move. Charles was extremely pleasant and just a joy to work with during our rental.

NeilC ONothing wrong with this vendor in Scott City. My experience would have been much better with UHAUL as a whole if I could have picked up my truck at the preferred location. 80 mile round trip just to pick up the truck plus 4 man hours is definitely something of significance and I will be letting my friends and family members know about that if they consider UHAUL in the future. NOT a good way for UHAUL to generate a positive public perception. Also, I pre-paid with a credit card and was charged for a dolly that I did not get. I know the supplier tried to refund the charge for the dolly, but I am not sure that I will see any money returned to my credit card.

CHELSIE RYou need to give people enough miles to get to their destination and that destination in your system. When I made the reservation for the truck I told them Stratton CO and it had allowed me the correct amount of miles, when I went to get the truck he couldn't find the city I was moving to and I was not allowed enough miles to make it to my destination and then back to the uhaul location.

Michael VI absolutely loved renting my moving truck and car dolly for uhaul!!!! It was the best experience!!!! I had no problems with the truck and car dolly!!!! I rented a truck and car trailer with budget rental from Winter haven Florida to Scott city Kansas and it was the worst experience of my life!!!! I rented the uhaul truck and car dolly from Scott city Kansas to Danvers Massachusetts and it was the best trip of my life!!! Charles in Scott city Kansas was absolutely the best ever!!!! And in Danvers Massachusetts, Chandel was absolutely great also!!!! I had great customer service in Scott City Kansas and in Danvers Massachuset!!!! Thank you uhaul for the best experience ever!!!! I highly recommend uhaul to all customers!!!!

ARMANDO TWe got told 2 days before moving the uhaul wasnt available at our original location. The pick up location was very disgusting. They were smoking while getting our rental agreement ready inside the building. Very disrespectful. Didn't give us the right paper work. We will NEVER use uhaul again.

Roger SHave equipment at the location where rented instead of making them drive 75 miles out of the way to pick up rental. I'm renting from you. You should bring equipment to my location. Why do you ask which local business I want to rent from when you don't have equipment at any of the locations?
Brian BDrop off location was amazing friendly. Once again uhaul customer service rep was extremely RUDE. NEEDS MATH SKILLS ALONG WITH LESSONS WITH PROFESSIONALISM. I WANT SOMETHING DONE AND I ALSO WANT A RETURN CALL FROM MANAGEMENT!!!!!
