when a reservatoin is made at a location dont chnge those the day before the move. this was not the locatoin that i went into and made my reservation and was no where near me. the staff at this site were fine-- and greatfully they persoanlly called me the day before i was to pick up the truck or i would have never known to go there.Michael O.

This location should be shut down or managed by someone else. The guys who owns it is very disrespectful and has admitted to being a racist to me via email (still have the email as well). I have talk to the area field manager and nothing has been done to correct the situation. He treated me as if I was trash and not once did I raise my voice, call him out of his name or anything you can think of to make a person treat you the way he treated me. I have a couple of videos and a very long email from him trying to cover his self but in the mix of the email he admitted he profiled me and acted upon his RACIST WAYS ! Original pick up time was 7am but thankfully my plans changed and needed to pick up around 8am. Unfortunately the app did not work and this location did not open until 8:35am so I did have to wait. Not very personable, would not make conversation or help explain what went wrong and simply stated the app never works. Will go to a direct UHaul location next time.Joni H.

This location was closed when I dropped off, and the lot was dark, and there's a busy bar next door, which wasn't a problem for me, but might be intimidating/scary for somebody else. I tried and tried to return the trailer via the app, but wasn't able to do it, and couldn't get any answers to help me. I've had problems with that app before - in theory it's a good idea, but ultimately it's infuriating and VERY frustrating. Ultimately, I took photos of the trailer in the dropoff location with time and date stamps and wasn't charged the additional $20 that it said I would be, which was nice. Overall experience of dropoff was a C+.david M.

Location and local service were fantastic, UHaul's self-check-in through the App sucks! While touted as being fast and easy, it's neither of those. I had to wait for the business to open to get my vehicle since no one on the Support Chat through the app would respond.Daniel M.

I was extremely happy with my pick up and return. Couldn't be better.Debbra H.
Vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke when we got in. I had to pay a $100 deposit that is not stated on the website due to the type of debit card I was using. I had to wait 3 extra days before they could even process my difference back from the $100 card. I had to call and request I get my money back once business opened back up. I still have not gotten my money back and it's the day after he supposedly processed my payment. Nothing is even pending. Super disappointed since we have been coming here for years. Will be contacting the BBB soon if I don't see my refund by Friday. Won't be back. Look forward to seeing this location get resold to someone that cares or closed down altogether.Suzanne K.

The windshield had not been cleaned, there were dead bugs smashed all over the windshield. I went to gas station and attempted to get them off, but they were so dried on even a couple attempts with leaving the water on the windshield to soak and scrubbing would not get the majority of them off. Then while cleaning the windshield and walking around the front I realized there was a full-sized bat stuck in the grill still.Steven H.
