"1" STAR to the U-Haul information database. I was allowed to choose this location. THE LOCATION DOES NOT ACCEPT TRAILERS. UPDATE YOUR DATABASE and do not put these dealers with the uncomfortable situation to give the bad news to customers that need to drop-off a "trailer".Also, the dealer was told by U-Haul to tell me to take the trailer to Fresno (2+ hours round trip + gas). Thank you Susane for letting me drop-off the trailer in the only possible corner of your storage area property. I later found that there is a place in Madera that accepts trailers. I talked to the dealer and she confirmed it. UPDATE YOUR DATABASE.

It was a last minute decision and lucky for us we were able to find the van in this location. We were immediately processed in and out. Amazing customer service. Truly appreciate the help.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

VIP $100 certificate was not able to be entered on set up on line. U-Haul Customer Service told me certificate was valid (9541FCA6)but I had to wait until I was at the pick up location to enter it. Was not able to. Returned to pick up location the next morning to pick up pads which were not in the van and was told that the certificate would be taken off at drop off location. Drop off location would not honor the certificate. I'd like the $100 back for this certificate. Who do I speak with to make this happen?

Make sure that staff are present for pick up times. I was scheduled to pick up a truck at 1pm . When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said staff would return at 2pm. That put me over an hour behind schedule for my move that day.

Heather was super sweet, very helpful, had our truck ready to go outside their gate when we got there, she even helped me load my driver license, also their storage spaces are very clean and they have great deals on the spaces.

Bringing down and closing the rear door was very difficult. Perhaps it needs to be lubed, in order to engage the closing mechanism. I had to use my forearm to press down on the handle.

I had to return my uhaul before 12 and I was there at 10 am. Gate was locked and I couldn't go in. I checked the office and no one was there. I called several times and no one would answer the phone. Finally I called the pickup location and they reached out to them and said we could go back to return it. When I arrived there the young lady was rude, and mad. I did not feel welcomed and she was just a miserable person. Please work on that attitude.
