The truck was old and the gas gauge barely worked so I wound up paying an extra 30 bucks in gas

Joe GThe truck was clean and well maintained. It did have wear and tear from 127,000 + miles, but that's to be expected. Check in was a bit confusing to start, but got it figured out quickly. Will definitely do self pickup and checkout again. Overall, a really good experience.
Arthur SOn the UHAUL contract, there was a section that required customer notification upon return of the truck. On the text notification, it would charge and check in fee of $20. If the customer did not follow the link and complete the check in, the $20 charge would be automatic. I know that not ALL customers are tech savoy. This online/text/phone app is not fair or customer friendly. Please consider changing that $20 check in fee. Thank you
Micaela SThe staff here is excellent- very welcoming. Very professional, very thorough, very quick. Really. Truly great service. The truck I rented though is a piece of shit, with awful alignment. No acceleration, and mirrors that don't adjust.

Kathrine RThe type of dolly requested was not available and the substitution was of no good to the work needed done. Also I reserved the truck at a location that was closer to my intended destination so any extra mileage charges would not be added . Using this location took an extra 12-15 miles so extra mileage was charged?!
