The drop off location at 112th Street in Tacoma was difficult to find and no signs were posted to indicate it was a U Haul drop off site. There was minimal parking for cars so the U Haul truck barely fit in the parking lot. I would not use this location again. The front desk was courteous though.

There wasn't a drop box to put the key, after i returned the uhaul with my app, so now I will have to come down again to personally hand it over? It is an inconvenience

Training of staff so they provide accurate info to customers. And, if/when they do provide the wrong information or quote, they should honor/abide by that.

Get new computers! The poor woman had so many problems with the computer trying to accommodate us and other customers! I was held up for almost a hour! The other customer was there for more than a hour! Get new computers!

The office was closed and there was NO DROP BOX for the truck keys. I had to drive there the next day during office hours.

When renting the truck I was given a location very close to my one-way destination. Hours later I received a text and an email telling me to take the vehicle to a different location. When I went to the new location I was told that they could not accept the vehicle because they had only signed an agreement with U-Haul the previous day and did not have their computer system set up to conduct any U-Haul business. I then had to call the U-Haul representative who had directed me to the new location to obtain a third location where I could finally drop off the vehicle. Again this is the worse treatment I have ever experienced as a U-Haul customer. I was charged double of the estimated cost and the customer service was beyond customer reproach. I would like to see a refund for the overcharging and incredibly poor service. Contract # 99377670

The staff for pickup and drop off were very good.

The truck we got had poor maintenance and was very faulty. The door wouldn’t open all the time, got no help from roadside assistance. They took 3 hours to come back and had to figure it out ourselves. We should have received compensation as we lost 3 hours of moving time

Location is not 24/7 drop off. There’s no lockbox on site after hours and no signs telling you what to do after hours for uhaul service.

Your website was very difficult to use. It was misleading. I thought I had rented the truck from the nearest location. When I went there to pick up the truck, it was at another location. The site substituted a nearby location. Also, I needed a lift not a ramp and you don't make them available. I will have to find another company if you cant provide it.

The 2 gals there were SPECTACULAR!! Easy process they made easier and pleasant. The gal who made my reservation and checked me back in went above and beyond as a representative of UHaul, I think her name was Lisa. She was the older of the two ladies though. (And I can say that as I am older! ??) I understand they work for the storage facility. This as just an added benefit for renters and is a great idea and so convenient. I will be using UHaul through Urban Storage again soon. Only one complaint was that it looked as though the people before us had food and drink in it because it was very sticky in the cup holder area and looked as though it dripped down on the floor. Other than bottled water we did not eat or drink in the truck. Again Lisa, or whoever she was made the whole experience pleasant and easy.

The check engine light was on, when I delivered the truck back to the location the battery light came on. When I sat at stop lights the truck shook a lot and felt like the engine was just gonna shut off. It had a smell of oil. The Fuel Economy MPG gage didn't work. The air conditioning didn't come out of the main vents, it only came out of the defrost vents at the top of the dashboard.

Our rental reservation/contract was bounced around between three different U-Haul locations, the truck broke down, and this last one screwed up the return date, so we were charged 2 days late fee.

Mike neglected to right down the vans mileage so i did and then he disputed it. Then even though the van had a full tank he charged me for gas. The customer service was very lacking and it boils down to him not being willing to give me back 4.50. This is not an upstanding way to do business and I feel like you cheated me out of money. The sum is irrelavant its the principle that counts. I guess it's true when they say buyer beware
