Educate your employees about professional responsibility. Not right to give one quote and tell a customer that there is no charge until after vehicle is turned in and then turn around and make charges and even include extra charges after drop offCatherine M.
The man behind the counter clearly hates the fact that other locations are setting up reservations for the trucks at his location. Return time was not accurate on the receipt, quote given over the phone from the location that made the reservation is no where near the price this man charged me, and the truck was practically falling apart on the inside (steering wheel decaying, sun visor hanging on by one hinge, dust dirt and debris all over the cab area). I have never paid $80 for an under 2 hour uhaul rental. Sheesh guys.JUSTIN ALAN Y.

Poor Service from original order of large truck to forced to use smaller truck for move. Cost me $350 extra for loading and unloading, and trips. I want compensated for this asap.John A.
Have reservations correct the first time. My reservation was messed up as my uhaul at my original site was not ready/available. This caused me and my family to miss work meetings and cause me to lose money as I paid day laborers to be ready at a certain time and they couldn't help much due to the reservations being wrongRobert L.

When I returned the truck, I added more gas than it I initially had when I started. I asked the nice lady if I could be credited or reimbursed for it and she said that unfortunately, U-Haul doesn't reimburse for gas and it is stated in the contract. I responded by saying that if we turn in the truck without filling the gas tank to where you originally signed for, U-Haul will charge the renters a lot more if they have to fill up the gas tank, yet if a renter puts more gas than what he/she signed for, he/she won't get reimbursed for it...whether it's stated in the contract or not, this policy is unfair and, in my humble opinion, should be modified. This is my only issue with my experience. Other than that, it was great!Rodrickppll F.

It did not have the 24/7 drop off available, so we had to return the next morning only for no one to be thereSandy P.
This was not my requested location. I received a call 10 minutes before my schedule pick time from the Desoto location telling me that they have no truck for me. When asked for an alternative, they told me it was not their problem and that I should take it up with Uhaul. The Uhaul rep told us that the only other location available is Safe Storage which was out of our way by 15 miles. They were not even willing to deduct those miles for us. They did offer a $50 coupon, but nothing else. This made our day much longer, disorganized, and with plenty of traffic. I will think twice before using uhaul again.DANIEL B.

Cabin and windows need to be clean when given to customer I don't think safety issues are being taken serious because not clean so I know is not sanitized for germs. The driver side mirror kept moving was very irritating. So I think trucks should be cleaned and sanitized and maintained for customers as of right now no I wouldn't recommend anyone for safety purposeJAIME P.

Initially I was charged a cleaning fee and it had not been previously explained to me what would warrant such a fee. U Haul and this location graciously refunded the fee to me given that it hadn't been communicated to me at time of pick up. I really appreciated their willingness to do so. ¡Gracias!Inez D.

Everything went well except they overcharged me $11 for the gas. I drove for 14 miles all together and filled out 1.5 gallons of gasoline. I really don't understand why they have charged me? I really want explanation. I did not call the location, I thought just forget about it. But certainly I will not recommend anyone for this location.Zorayr N.

The attendant was evasive explaining there cost before signing the contract I found out why with the overcharges at the time of returning the vehicle. The vehicle was severely damaged with the rear door wouldn't close this van should have not been rented being in an unsafe condition.Amir G.

The rental was with a piece of cardboard and they charge me $25 for bringing back supposedly dirty and also charge me $10 for insurance the person who assist me never ask me. I don't need cause I have my own insuranceCarlos A.
Happy with U-Haul, but very unhappy with the moving help we hired - A Perfect Solution. They didn't show up at the appointed hour claiming a stolen phone - and then called me 4 1/2 hours later - after I had completed the move. I will be reaching out directly to get a refund on that portion, but you might want to consider removing them from your list.Marcy Ann R.

First location I went to was on Hazeltine in Sherman Oaks. Would never go back there. Location looked like a filthy junk yard with a dirty funky office. The Sherman Way local was much better.ALEX L.

Karina Karina Karina!!!!! She is the greatest. She was Friendly Authentic Caring and Thoughtful and thats a FACT!!!! I had to go to the main UHaul store for a Queen size mattress cover and the lack of service at the main store made me appreciate Karina and Safe Storage even more. They were nice, it was relatively smooth but my two issues: 1- I booked it online from Thurs 10A-Mon 10A. The woman told me it was due back SUN. It took a a few explanations to tell her I didn't book 4 DAYS, I used the CALENDAR provided on the website and chose Thurs 10A- Mon 10A, that's four, twenty-four hour periods. She accommodated. I returned it easy but saw on my bill a $13 fee for credit card. last I knew, a credit card is REQUIRED to make the reservation. For that reason alone, I will not rent again and would discourage friends. I don't like being nickeled-and-dimed.Michael K.
