The service when I picked up the Truck was excellent. But dealing with the ladies about the over charge fees and mistakes made by them on the invoice was exalted!!! Not renting never again from that location!!!! Ladies please be nice with clients over the phone!Henderson T.

Horrible service from u haul. Could not find my order. Server continued to lock our associate. Phone support was useless. Had to enter a new order. Process took over 30 minutes and I missed my window for the service elevator. Will never use u haul again. The only good thing was the gentleman who was assisting us. He was very patient.Marian G.

The representative on site was very professional and personable. He took great care to inspect the vehicle prior to me taking it off the lot to ensure all our concerns were addressed. First of all, I selected mobile pick up express upon arrival, I end the it in the almost 45 minutes with the reception in the desk inquiring about my reservation. Poor internet and the person on the location didn't find my reservation , I was almost going to cancel and go somewhere. Service was really bad. I couldn't believe why reception took too long doing the process. But the thing that I feel very disappointed was that I explained to reception that I selected express mobile pick up to save time , but she still telling me that even do I choose that way she needs to make the reservation over again.Manuel Alfredo B.

1.Rear "Pull-Up" door very difficult to raise up to accommodate loading / unloading- RECOMMEND THAT THE MECHANISM BE SERVICED-LUBRICATION BADLY NEEDED..BEFORE SOMEONE INJURES THEMSELVES IN THEIR EFFORTS !! 2. Four-Way Emergency Flasher function switch is "Hidden" to view by the upward tilted steering wheel- I was UNAWARE of it's existence when needed several times throughout my rental !! Perhaps the prospective drivers could be alerted as to its location prior to each Rental..?? I found out my inquiring the next day at the Rental Office..ralph G.

Booking was a disaster we did not receive email confirming pick up location...went to one we booked Rexdale Blvd not available sent us to Keel St hole in wall location was 8am pick up and place not opening till 10 am? One truck out back very damaged called general number finally got nice lady who saved the day by sending us to third location Wilson Ave with reservation number and address...Wilson location excellent but we lost two hours..SANDY L.

pay represents accordingly for the services provided. The female that managed my request (Diana, Self Storage 1945 Wilson Ave) have provide solutions to accommodate my needs on all my encounterment with U-Haul. i appreciate her service, that's is the reasons i will continue doing business with you. If i do experience poor service over a number of different situation i will them look at other companies. And, this is general for most large organization that provide no accommodating solutions, to facilitate customers needs. thank youCHATERAM S.

I am sure U-Haul knows I have rented many times in the past but this time was very different. Never before have I been able to negotiate any kind of deal for the amount of kilometers I needed until now. Diane called the office for me and helped me stay on budget so, this I will not forget. 1945 Wilson Avenue is my new first stop shop the next time I need transportation assistance. I was not happy with the fact that the info I recieved from the call center and the info the dealer had did not match, I ended up waiting 45 minutes and still the call center had not corrected the issue. When I returned the van it was another 45 minutes to an hour which the dealer charged me exactly what was quoted originally and I later revived my invoice.Anthony antonio L.

Look if u looking for u haul this is yor location. I couldn't get a truck on all locations 1st April. I was worried but my gf moving. Luckily I met DIANA I don't know how she did but she did find me a truck I have being to many u haul locations. Some locations r poorly managed poor customer service. This location stands out. Good morning, my name is Jorge Sal y Rosas, and I have a big complaint because I had a very bad experience yesterday with Uhaul. I called the last Sunday to book a truck 17 ' in Yorkdale for yesterday, that I moved. When I went to pick the truck up in Yorkdale, the truck wasn't there, they move the truck to 1945 Wilson Ave. And nobody called me for letting me know. This place was very far from the apartment that I move. And it's unfair because I spend more time and money. I am really mad because it is not the first time I rent a truck in your company, but yesterday was a terrible experience for me, and I was frustrated because last night I had no more chance to find another company because it was late and two people wait for me to help me to move. If someone called me for letting me know that they're going to move the truck to other place I'm going to say no thanks, and I'll find another company close to me, not far away. I hope you understand me. But I don't think that's going to be fair that you charge the total bill, you should deduct the extra time and gas that I spent yesterday. Excellent service from Dianna. She came in very early to meet me on the day of the rental (Saturday) but even before then, was willing to locate a truck for me and have it brought to her place, which was my preferred pick up location. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again.Antonio C.

I've rented from uhaul dozens of time and this was my worst experience. After renting the truck and returning it on the same day, i got a call extremely early Sunday morning from safe storage. A gentlemen by the name of Arif claim that i returned the truck dirty and wanted to charge me $20.00 to clean the truck. I told him that the truck was in fact clean and wasn't dirty. I got up out of bed and drove to the location. I asked him to see the truck and all there was were a little bit of dust on the floor. I told him that I've rented from uhaul all the time and that is not dirty. There was nothing on the floor of the truck but some dust/sand from my feet. After telling him that it wasnt dirty he began to tell me that i had low standards in front of customers and my nephew. I told him to be quiet and he started screaming that that if i hit him he has witness. Why would i hit him over this?? I got so upset i took a picture of the truck and drove to two different uhaul location and ask them if it was dirty and if they would charge me. They answered with a resounding NO. This gentlemen was rude, insulting, untrained and i deserve an apology from him. This was the worst service i've received from uhaul and as i said, i've rented from you many times. I am thoroughly disgustedjason C.

This was an absolutely terrible experience, I will never use uhaul again. I booked a specific location and time over 3 weeks in advance. I booked 2 condo elevator time slots and hired a guy to help me move. I received a confirmation email and confirmation number with the time and location I specified. I even called 4 days before my move date to confirm all the details. The afternoon before my move I called to make sure all was in order. The pick up location I confirmed prior did not have me in the system. I called uhaul and they were rude and told me my 8am booking was now at 9:30am and the location was 45 minutes away from where I had confirmed it to be. I missed my elevator bookings, I had to pay the guy I hired for 5 extra hours and I was so stressed out. You guys rent moving truck I am not sure what went wrong here. Why did no one call me or email me to tell me that all my bookings changed???? Thank god I called the day before or I would have showed up and my confirmed pick up location and time and would have been shit out of luck. Again I went with uhaul because you are the best known company. I can not believe how a simple truck booking went so wrong???? Absolutely furous.
