Everyone was kind to deal with. The vehicle was reliable and fit a full size mattress perfectly. The only experience that didn't work out was the on-line check in. It didn't offer me a check out. Just to rent the van again. Other than that, the pricing was fair, everyone at the counter was helpful and the location was perfect from where we live.

It's very disappointing to reserve a rental for a specific location only to be told you have to go across town, or as I understand possibly to a different town.

Agent needs more training. She did not bring a pigtail for lights and was not comfortable with the hookup process. The trailer hitch needed wd40 because it was rusted.

The employees seemed unorganized and confused about how to help certain customers. I rented a trailer and the two ladies that helped me openly said that they don't know how to do the trailers. So my father in law and myself had to lift the trailer onto the truck hitch and attach it on our own. Also to get my trailer rental it took about 30 minutes.

When ordering through the app and picking up prior to opening, I never got the dolly I was charged for and there was no point in the app process to say that equipment was missing.

I wanted a smaller truck for our move, and you only had a 20 foot truck available. This was the case the last time we rented as well. I asked if we made the move on a different day, would another truck be available, and I was told no. It seems like the quantity of trucks on hand is very slim all around town.

"checking in" even with a filled out application on my phone took 20 minutes. was told $20 per day. Had it for less than a day and was charged $120. "checking out" with my phone took another 20 minutes.

Better phone options as they seem to be a loop of the same messages no matter what option you choose. Very confusing all I needed was to figure out how to get new wiperblades. Cruise control for trucks! Especially those customers traveling more then xxx miles.

Make sure that the customer understands about the need for straps and such to keep things from sliding around in the trailer(offer them to them). Your blankets for wrapping things where awesome though!

Was closed on a Sunday at 2pm, no customer service. inside of building looked like a mess and was told this location is very shady, wish i would have known this, might have taken a different location.

The gentleman that helped us was very helpful. We had wanted to check in with them to pick up the keys but the Uhaul website made it so that we had to check ourselves in via their website. It was a hassle. Thankfully one of the men working that day walked us through the online process and got us on our way. The online check in is a joke. Took way longer than it would have checking in, in person

Not happy that I reserved a bigger truck closer to where I was living, then told there were none available, The only truck available was a 17 foot which was way over on the other side of town. Causing more for fuel, trips back and forth, and gas When there were Uhauls parked at a closer location all weekend.

My experience with u-haul was terrible. First, I received multiple pick up addresses so I wasn't sure where I should pick it up. Upon pick-up at a 'satellite' location my u-haul had been apparently double booked which delayed me quite a bit. The worst part of the experience was talking with customer reps. My wait times ranged from 10-15 minutes and the reps seemed to care very little for their jobs. It's been a month since my reservation and I still need to get in touch with uhaul since i received charges for tollway violations that have already been paid...

Joel was great. We told him about the tire issue and showed him the pictures. He was floored they even rented it to us and felt so sorry for us, me especially being so pregnant and having to sleep a night in my Jeep at 10500 ft above sea level. He stressed we file a claim for a full refund.

They added miles incorrectly. Person didn't share his reading with me when we picked up the vehicle. I took my own reading of the odometer. I believe an extra 30 miles was added to the total. Agent said 191 miles, and according to my reading it was 161.

I used this location last year as well as this, to go to the global finals of Destination Imagination in Knoxville TN. There were 17000 participants, and hundreds of Uhaul trailers were used. Last year I needed to take contents in rented trailer round trip. I rented this year thinking I would need to do the same. After competing this year,we didn't need to return the cargo to WI. When I switched the rental from round trip to 1 way, the owner of safe ship called me and threatened to call the police and charge me with theft because I wasn't returning the trailer to his location. I got this call, after receiving an email from U haul corporate saying I had returned the equipment and my credit card was charged with the difference between round trip to one way. The owner of safe ship was a bully and threatening. I will not use this location ever again, and tell everyone I know to avoid this location. I will tell them that U haul is a great company, just this franchise is terrible.

I have moved my four children a total of 27 times. I finally got in right by renting a U haul Van. It packed and unloaded easily with both side and rear doors. Was great for city and Freeway traffic. DanO
