Overall great service from the locati9n itself, will definitely recommend this location. The app could use some work as it did not allow me to check out/in on my own.

The parking when returning the truck wasn't easy as it is a very small complex. Maybe some improvement the parking with these big trucks.

Alva WilbonI called to inform the location that I was going to take a little longer, the lady that answered the phone from Sure Ship was rude. She said, "I need that truck back before 6." I informed her that I will not be making back because I did not get the pads that I requested when I made the reservation two days prior of picking up the rental. She told me that they don't have pads and I kindly asked her to get with uhaul to update what she can/can't rent. It was inconvenience for me to go pick up the rental and drive to another location to get the pads. After the fact thatvwe get charged for milage Horrible experience with this location. Never again will I rent from Sure Ship!

Deborah WilkenEnsure that your rental are clean before, so that when the next customer receives it they don’t have to clean behind the rental before them. If we return a rental vehicle back with more gasoline in it then the amount that was issued to us, how about given us a credit for the gas.
Charles OzellClean up broken glass before you rent the vehicle out. Also, I was given the wrong truck. I had 2 reservations and needed the reservation set for that day not the future dated reservation. Plus, I was forced to pay for the insurance which I did not agree to. And on top of that, why am I having to deal with expensive holds on my card. Very very very poor experience!!!

Bernie datesThe man was rude over the person and in person never mentioned about the gas on mileage.. He acted like his shit didn’t stink would never go there again and believe me I’m calling the company … and he said it’s would only be 19.99 plus $1.09 mile which for one we used the vehicle for less than six hours and we didn’t go far at all and charged $101.00 … he even told my husband I will give you a discount if your wife is nice I said no sir don’t get me started because you have been rude over the phone and in person and my parents and I have brought you a lot of business so don’t start saying anything because I answered with an attitude just the way you been and didn’t like his own taste of medicine… after that his attitude changed.. but I still wouldn’t recommend this place
joe trullijoThe A/C did not function properly when DRIVING, it is 105 degrees here in Texas and completely dangerous not to have a properly functioning A/C in the truck! I told this to the U-Haul representative when I returned the truck, I was pouring with sweat all over my body, I told him to have the manage call me, he just said "your all set". I was not offered a discount, it seemed like it was not important to him, he should have taken the truck out of service, refunded me the $65 dollars, and have the truck serviced by professionals so this does not happen to anyone else!

Charles ChaplinskiThe location was closed when I dropped off. The only thing I would recommend would be the key drop off. My key fell to the floor and I had to call the location for them to know I dropped it off.
Isabel TamezI filled the gas tank to a little over what was noted on my receipt and pumped less than 1/4 mile away, and was charged for gas. Unacceptable. I also over estimated my mileage on the reservation and the agent at the counter changed it only to go in and charge me for the overage. UHAUL business practices are set up to over charge customers. Will never use again or recommend.

David PetersonThe original location I had my rental agreement for 24/7 pickup did not have the truck setup appropriately for me to pickup. I contacted the 1-800 number and the U-Haul representative was able to get me this location. The truck was setup and ready to go. Only problem I had was working the pad lock on the back. I took several attempts before I could open it.
ROLANDO DE LA ROSAWhile the owner of the location that I picked up my U-Haul from was amazing, I had nothing but problems with the U-Haul reservation itself. Corporate U-Haul did a horrible job with communicating with me, and I will likely never rent from them again because of this experience.

Eric StrideCheck your trucks before renting them out. Pretty sure the owner knew the truck had a transmission problem as it was already leaking when I took it. The rental left me stranded and I had to wait 3 hours in the middle of the road until a tow truck arrived from U-Haul.

Rick RubalcavaThe construction makes using the site unsafe. Due to construction the main door was closed and things inside were compressed together. The store opened late and while I waited at least one other customer arrived, the doors were locked so they left. Once construction is completed I would recommend them.

Leticia CastilloArt told me I would get a link to get my truck at 7 a.m. Not true. I had to call the company to find out I had to go on website to get truck before store opens. Windshield was covered with bugs. Barely could see. Had to go clean it right away. Both dollies I paid for were not in the truck. Still waiting for my refund to be given to me. Please check out the truck before giving to someone who is traveling hundreds of miles. A/C would shut off for periods of time. It was 102 degrees the day of driving and the alignment was off.

Ryan KnightlyI didn’t like the fact that the mobile app didn’t work, so I went inside and paid and picked up my dolly that I had to carry and out in truck.. it was very heavy. Also they overcharged me but the manager called and fixed the issue.

Fadi ZeidanCab of the truck was dirty… food crumbs everywhere. I had no food or drink in the truck but yet I was charged a $7.00 cleaning fee. The mobile check in and return is terrible and timely. I would not recommend going that route no matter which location you choose.

Darlenn WilsonIt's absurd that this is a return location. There is no room for multiple uhauls. Its a shopping strip and a drive thru restaurant. There is no where to safely park a ginormous uhaul. It's ridiculous.

Quinton LittleI was extremely disappointed that uhaul has created a system so you can pick up a truck outside if their business hours that do any work. We had a two hour delay in our start because the website application would allow to to complete our pick up. And even the store employee was like "yea it never works" he did apologize for our delay. But honestly it put a damper on the while day.
