This store was recommended to me from a friend who used their services. I had a great experience with Safe Ship. I don't know his name, but the man who helped was very helpful and made renting a UHaul easy. Highly recommend and will use them again.Barbara S.
The employee behind the counter was incredibly rude. The trucks were stored approximately .25 mi away from the actual store. I had to get back in my car and drive around the parking lot to find the truck. Upon return the odometer was having some issues staying one or displaying the whole mileage. I reported the issue to the employee, took a photo to show him what I was describing, and was treated like I was a moron for even showing him. He stated I was showing him the average MPG which was entirely false. I even drove back out to the truck and took another photo of the same. He was rude, unwilling to hear what I was saying and ultimately blamed me for incompetence in being able to provide him a picture of the mileage and keeping him from driving all the way back out to where the trucks were staged. If I were Uhaul, I would revoke the partnership and not do business with this man.Donald W.

This was SUPOOSED to be 24/7 drop off.. nowhere to park large trucks and no instructions on how to drop off. Staff was rude. Resulted in several hours delay.Vicki H.

This place is HIDDEN FROM VIEW PUT A UHAUL SIGN UP PLEASE AND FIX YOUR GOOGLE LOCATION IT SAYS THE STORE IS INSIDE KROGER CMON. the only reason we found where to park was cause of the other trucks(which were across the street behind a sprint store???)â€, when I called customer service they said there wasn't a dropoff box for the keys for after hours?!? Turns out that's a LIE FIX YOUR SYSTEM INFORMATION cause here I am a 20 yr old female wandering all over the parking lots and behind stores at midnight alone trying to find The stupid key box and it's clear across the parking lot in the middle of this strip mall and the BOX WAS COVERED WITH A BIG WHITE SIGN SO IT WAS BORDERLINE IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND STOP USING OTHER COMPANIES AS DROPOFF LOCATIONS UNLESS YOU CAN INDICATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AT LEAST AN IDEA OF WHERE TO RETURN THE VEHICLES. This was a 10/10 experience till I spent and hour searching for this dropoff location.Tamera S.
We were pressed for time already, and the app is not user friendly. Too many steps and photos that you cannot return to if needed. The rep didn't "approve" my picture at first and finally saw a different picture after having to call my Dad. Then, after all of the added "security", the keys were just left in the back of an unlocked truck where anyone could have gotten to them. With exception of the nice gentleman at drop of, this was not a good experience.david S.

Honestly the only reason I just got the truck at this location was because I didn't want drive across town. I called before I arrived and the guy that pick up the phone was rude and when I arrived he was also rude no type of customer service at all! Won't recommend this location to any friends.luis P.

I filled the tank not knowing I would t need nearly that much gas. How bout as a rule of that mb you fill the tank so it's eqsier to maintain. Do better.Shawn G.
After dropping off the truck it took forever to get the lights off. When closing the door the lights stayed on. Headlights and dome outside lights. After spending 20mins we were finally able to get the lights off. Never had this issue in the past. It was very annoying.kendra C.

I selected to be able to pick up using my mobile device. Turns out this location does not offer this. I was in a hurry, had to wait while the owner or manager served other customers, he seemed initially ambivalent over whether my reserved truck was even there (â€œwe'll seeâ€) and then acted like I was dumb for thinking it might not be. I felt he acted like he was doing me a favor, instead of fulfilling an order I paid for. I ordered a dolly, and had to carry it to my car, load it, and drive it to the truck a quarter mile away. Additionally, I was charged for safemove even though I specifically declined coverage. This may be a web issue, but the process that automatically adds items and requires you to remove seems intended to try to defraud customers. Very disappointing all around. Have had several disappointing U-Haul experiences. I am not likely to use anymore, if I can find any other option.Catherine L M.

The only bad thing about this location is the distance between the office, and the truck parking (about 200 yards or so). Also, I am not happy about the furniture pad rental. I was told that I had to re-fold and pack the pads to avoid a service charge ($25). When I opened the pads, a couple were covered with grease and grass clippings. I'm thinking they should be cleaned (or at least checked) between uses. This was very poor!!!Scott V.
First of all, I wanted to use the Express Check Out but my reservation wasn't completed by the location. The clerk (not his fault) didn't know how to use the Uhaul system so he had to do everything on the phone. He would call then hang up after sitting on hold for about 5 minutes and did this 3x in front of me. Another customer came up to rent another Uhaul and the clerk hung up again to tend to them. I left my husband at the store as he was going to be the driver and he took care of everything himself over the store's phone as the clerk gave him the phone to deal with it. When it was done, the clerk then told the other customer to do the same. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend renting another Uhaul from this location. I have rented several in the past and NEVER had to deal with this kind of service (aka... POOR service).Robin K.

This location marked the gas gauge at 1/4 tank but it was just under 1/8 and we nearly ran out of gas. Location was hard to find and the truck was parked far from the Safe Ship store. We had to pay a refuel charge because we didn't complain at pick up that the fuel was wrong. You need to have people who can understand the difference between 1/8 and 1/4.william K.
