Great staff at Safe Mini Storage #2.
Cameron HThe app was glitchy upon the return. We wanted to return the trailer a day earlier due to there being no space at the new location. It would not allow us the option and the 800 number phone denied the request as well.

Janet SWasn’t sure where to drop key off. App showed an orange key drop box for return! Never found it! So I just put the key through the door slot! Overall the rental went smoothly and was impressed how simple it was!

Bill SWe rented an auto transport to move a vehicle from Huntsville to Birmingham. Uhaul isn't usually our first choice because of past issues with poorly maintained trucks and trailers. The auto transport we rented this weekend appeared to be maintained & had new/newer tires. We towed the trailer empty and with a 4400 lb vehicle without an issue. It did not sway or vibrate. Thank you Kira and Melissa for your assistance with a last minute rental.

Jason DKiara was really helpful and professional during the pick up process. I took longer than expected to get my move done and she & Melissa worked with me on a later vehicle return. U-Haul’s mobile return was easy to figure out, but I did it after I dropped keys in self return slot—a lesson for me for next time. I would definitely use this location in the future. It seems well managed & you have great employees. .
Judy TRob Davenport was my point of contact for my truck rental experience. Atrocious customer service combined with poor social skills equals a recipe for a terrible employee. My issue was not only dismissed as user error, but I was talked down to. I will never use this location again simply because of the lack of care that ole Bobby "CLEARLY" demonstrated.

I purchased a queen mattress cover. The attendant at Safe Mini Storage #2 courteously explained that I would have to get the mattress cover at a U-Haul Center. So now I need to see how I can get a refund. Thank you for your fine service.
Jose VOverall great but the pickup truck I had the tire pressure was low. I had to take it to put air in the tire. I had to go out my way to do that. I’d just recommended double checking tire pressure and oil changes in the future.

GREGORY SIt's a pain to have to take pictures of my DL for you, when I am paying for your service. Also the scanner didn't work for the back of my DL. But the women at the desk was very nice and she helped me when I had trouble starting the van. Give her a raise!

MICHAEL CYour online checkin system is HORRIBLE! I could not get it to work and had to wait for the store to open to get the truck... I will NEVER use your service if I need to get a truck early!

JUAN GTruck smelled like smoke and had dirt in the floor as well as someone’s dirty jacket behind the seat. I checked that it was clean on the mobile check in but assumed that was relative since the woman that was behind the counter didn’t come out. She said I had to return the truck with 1/2 a tank of gas. I got in the truck and the gas was a little under, which I assumed was ok.l since that’s how i received it. After running my errand, I put in a little over 2.5 gallons of gas before returning the truck and traveled 44 miles total. I was charged for 1.5-2 gallons of gas on my receipt because the tank wasn’t at half way. It was where I had received it, just a little under. When I spoke to the woman who helped me yesterday, she said that it wasn’t touching the line and that I should have said something before leaving the parking lot. If I had been told that it has to touch the line, I would have said something before leaving.

Nicholas KThe lady that we dealt with was very unprofessional. She had an attitude like we disrupted her. Rather than to proceed and check the truck in she told us to move it back it up and disconnect the tow dolly. Then she told us a receipt would be emailed to us. I told her I would like for the trucked to be checked. When she went out and checked the truck she took pictures of outside. She did not open at that time the inside of the truck or the fuel gauge. She saw dent on top of back of truck and said I had to pay for damages and that the truck would not be checked in until I did. We had discussion about calling location where we picked up the truck. There was nothing said by your associate about the fuel. With all the stress that comes with moving her unprofessionalism and not doing her job was not helpful. I had to go home. Look up phone numbers and talk to about three different levels before a gentleman by the name of Rob called me back and resolved this situation. I hope I don’t ever have to move. I will probably use another moving company next time. I am one very very disappointed customer. This location on a scale of. 1 to 10 would rate a -5
