I chose the personnel were not helpful because there was no personnel there. I purposely chose to pick up the truck at 9:30 when I knew the office would be open and I wouldn't have to use the online app which I had read horrible reviews about.

Drop off was very confusing. No signage as to where the truck should be dropped and it was hard to figure out where the front of the building was.

Ion IonitaI made a reservation, I went there in the morning, and there was no truck. I was sent to another location 30 miles away, and I have to wait till 9 am when they open. The mobile check in failed and my whole day was messed up.
Yankuba JammehThe ability to get the key from the after hours box was extremely difficult and the location had no one working there with a simple piece of paper taped to the window saying they were closed for several days. No help even though during normal office hours. Truck was not set up with wheeler and shipping pads I had prepaid for. I needed to drive to a different Uhaul location to obtain a wheeler and shipping pads.
