Every time I order from the website, the location of the pick up changes, every time. So FUCK YOU because that causes a lot of inconvenience. Also, don't force people to choose between buying the preloaded blankets in the truck and space that they paid for - looks like a good class action case. I will be actively turning people away from U Haul due to these two horrible practices.

Although i had reservation there was no truck.. waited 30 mins and then was sent to another uhaul... spent 40 mins there because the system couldnt accept the processing.. never again will i use uhaul

The customer service was extraordinary. I give them 5 stars. The truck was clean inside the cab & back. But, the trucks needs servicing, transmission, fluids, etc., through U-haul. I needed the truck an extra 2 days through fault of my own, It was granted to me. Overall my experience has to be a 5 at this location, SACTO Furniture, as they were readily available to meet all of my needs. Thanks much, a totally satisfied customer, Sheri

Customer service was polite & kind at pick up location. I was extremely disappointed that I had to drive that far only to be informed that there wasn't a 20 ft truck that I reserved, waiting for me. They offered a 26 ft (not sure of the exact size) & I gave my paperwork to my friend who returned the truck. The larger truck was rented to me at the 20ft truck rental cost. Ok, that's nice. But what if I only had a crew of women & none of us would have wanted to drive that long truck. Plus, the gas cost! It cost me $150 in gas! I am 66 yrs old, single & on a limited income. I had figured the amount for rental & gas with the help of the Uhaul dealer whom I made my reservations. I choose the location closest to my residence. BUT my reservations were changed 2 times! Very annoying & disappointing. Plus when I drove to get the Uhaul truck, I didn't know I would not be receiving the 20 ft truck I reserved! As I drove by the uhaul dealer where I made the reservation, the lot was full of different size trucks! I only had so much money to spend & because of changing my pick up locations & getting a much larger truck than I needed, the cost escalated because of the extra mileage & a whole lot more needed to be spent on gas! The gas tank was on empty! Annoying! I had to borrow money. This will be very hard to pay back, most likely months. My overall experience with Uhaul? A great big expensive hassel! And inconvenient! I honestly don't know if I'll rent from Uhaul again. Because of YOUR doings this move cost me a lot more than originally planned. ??

The guy at this furniture store is a scam artist. We received the van with interior covered in motor oil & were told he knew it was dirty & would not be charged. Upon return he immediately said there were dents in the van that weren't there before & began to walk off. We asked for him to show us what he was talking about & he walked straight to the front where there were 2 small scratches. I asked for a receipt and was refused one. We were later charged a $300 cleaning fee! Will be filing a claim!

I took Uber to get a truck 14 ft. It was sent to the wrong place and I had to take a 10 footer and make 2 trips. Doubling my mileage, shit happens but you should refund some mileage when you make a mistake on a reservation.

I arranged to do a 8am “mobile pick up” on Saturday morning. The cargo van was there and waiting but I could not complete the mobile pick up. I had to call a U-Haul representative but they could not help me access the van over the phone. The rep told me I had to wait until the business where the van was parked opened at 11am! This was very inconvenient for us since we had the day planned for an early start. When the business owner arrived no apologies or even an acknowledgement for our inconvenience was made. This is basic, garden variety customer service requirement.

Did not have a key drop box even though the store boasted 24 hour drop off. I had to come back hours later(even though my rental was due at 10) and risk incurring late fees, because they cannot accurately advertise what they do and don't provide.

Terrible. People at a furnture mart don't know anything about uhaul rentals. I'll never ever rent a uhaul again. Such a terrible experience and waste of time.
