They were very unfriendly. I reserved online with a Visa card which was on file and I thought they did not need it when I was going to pick up the vehicle however they asked for a card. I gave them a Master Card but I emphasized that I would want to change it to Visa card at the time of return and she said OK. Today when I returned the vehicle, She was on the run to go to somewhere else and I asked her several times but she did not care and she left the premises and nobody else was there to listen to me. Ps: I returned the vehicle between 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm and naturally somebody was supposed to be there at least until closing time.Bijan K.

The owners or workers of the establishment were very rude and do not know how to treat their customers. They provided no instructions on what forms needed to be filled out before leaving the pickup site; they simply gathered our information and gave us the keys to the vehicle. The vehicle was very dirty upon pickup and when asked about the condition, they claimed that it was just delivered to them. There was another vehicle blocking us from leaving the pickup site and when we asked them to please move the car, they were once again very rude and said they will move the uHaul for us. It took them about 20 tries going back and forth (almost hitting nearby vehicles and structures) to get the vehicle out of the parking spot for us. To make things short, we had a horrible experience with these people.Hmayak A.
I ordered a U-Haul 1 mile from my house and had to drive 23 miles one way to pick up and return my rental. You should have brought the vehicle closer to my location since it was NOT fault you didn't have one closer.KAREN H.

The app didn't work.i couldn't use the app. It wouldn't allow me to take a photo of my DL after taking a photo of my self. I even tried two different ohones. Fortunately someone was ion site. Returning the app wouldn't allow me to take a photo of the odometer/gas gage. I would not recommend U-Haul if someone needs to pick up a vehicle using the 24/7 service.Patrick S.

Well, starting in the morning when got truck . I had to pay $10.00 cash for parking my personal vehicle when i came back to return the truck I brought it at the same gas level But told me It was under and they send me back to get more gas Because they said it was under I wouldn't recomend this locationJulio R.
Truck was not properly cleaned. Broken glass left in the bed area. No walk around with rep. Quite unfriendly. Increased rate from quoted amount as drop off location was not shown as an option online. Initial truck booking not made through agent in Tarzana. Alternate booking made and got a call 30 mts before pickup that truck was defective. Routed me to the Pacoima facility. Really a disappointing experience this time. Rented 2 26 ft trucks in San Bernadino earlier and that went well.VIKRAM B.

The gentlemen that assisted did not provided me with good customer service. He made my order wrong, they initial my signature without my consent. He wasn't courteous or friendly. He listed the wrong things on the order. Overall customer service with that man was terrible.CECILIA D.

Location drop off was changed and I was charged an extra $100 dollars. Also the truck was not clean. There was a bag of food under the passenger side seat that we didn't notice until we returned the truck. We did not purchase any food during our use of the truck.Juan J.

Initially requested two days but was quickly denied by dealer. I was told to call in the next morning for an extension, when I called I was told there was a reservation made a week prior and they couldn't extend me (then why give me the option). Contacted 1-800 U-Haul number and they were more than happy to extend my rental for the additional 24 hours adding there was no reservation after mine. Upon picking up the vehicle truck had a pile of dirt on the back as of it was not cleaned out. Even though the truck was returned cleaner dealer stated it was dirty.Andy P.

Hard to find location not at all marked clearly or visible to the street. The gentleman we dealt with was polite and we got the truck very fast since we did on line ore pick up registration etc. However on return the same man was there abs a mast who either was his boos or a co worker was rude and nasty to us. She complained that the truck was dirty. The truck was completely clean and the blanket pads we rented were in a pile inside the truck. Matter of fact we did not even use all the blanket pads we rented and they were still wrapped up in their packaging and there was not refund at all. We were told by the rental agent at pick up the facility was open late evening and he was there at 8pm when we returned the truck. We found a $20.00 charge on the final invoice for the drop off which we are disputing since he was there and it wa a during their operating hours. We were also told when we picked up the rental truck it was completely empty has wise. We were told by your agent that if we left more has in the truck than what was in it we would receive a credit which he said we would get a credit against the final bill. This did not happens and there was almost a quarter tank of gas in the truck. Misrepresenting multiple items by the rental agent, we would not recommend this facility at all. Plus add the nasty agent in the evening with the one from the pickup made this a very bad experience. Positive things..: The truck ran extremely well. For the purpose of what we had to do in our move. Really bad thing - the truck was out of has and we barely made it to a gas station down the street so we could drive it. So sorry to leave such a bad review. We have used I haul many times and would not use this facility ever again. And the charges are incorrect and we would like a management team member, not the one at he rental facility to call us at 661-212-7548 right away please. GraciasRobert S.

The truck smelled really bad like cigarette smoke and had ashes in the cup holder. I had to negotiate to get the equipment (dollies) when I showed up at the location. They tried telling me I didn't have it, but never looked at anything. He then called someone and they did see I had the dollies reserved I said we did.Shaun K.

Knocked on the locked door and no answer. Called the first phone number listed and mailbox was full. Called the second number and the girl who answered the phone seemed confused and was going to get someone to help me, then disconnected the call. Called the number on the contract and the mailbox was full. FInally the girl came out from the back of the building, got the mileage and fuel level. Never inspected the outside of the vehicle nor did she want to verify the count of the 48 moving pads we had rented. She said 'it looks like they are all there'. I did receive an email confirmation of return of the truck, pads and dolly so any missing items are their responsibility. She had me pull the truck into a space and left the back door open for anyone to steal the items. Not my concern once I got that final email verification.ROBERT S.

Due the covid I understand the social distancing, but it will be better to take more time to check the trucks regarding damages and have them clean, regardless this one was brand new, it was smelling really bad to cigarette smog and the truck overall was full of dust.Paul Ruben S.

The location Sabor A La Mexicana is great! No issues with them. The issue is I'm supposed to get my truck at 8am at Pasadena. But the app did not work "saying rideshare is not in the contract" but it is in the terms. The office in Pasadena is still closed. Nobody there helped me with my issue. I called customer support. They changed my appointment to get a truck in Pacioma. These troubles took me 3-4 hours delay to be able to start moving items. This cost me money because of such a bad u-haul app and a bum employee at Pasadena didn't went to work.BENJAMIN C.
