The location did not seem to know what to do. The gas in the truck was less than a quarter tank. And, they overcharged me when I returned the truck!!! The only positive thing was the truck was clean. Overall, however, very disappointing and dissatisfied!!!!
Stephen RThey were very nice and attentive. My biggest complaint was having to go from North Tallahassee to South Tallahassee to get a truck. Supposedly the last truck that size in the area. Not their fault.

Mike HThe truck was still dirty in the back. It looked like the last customer had used it to haul sheetrock. There was sheetrock dust all over the floors so they may have worked out of the truck. We were also supposed to get the moving pads which were not in the truck and I didn't think about it until 20 miles away. The local uhaul here took care of it. This vendor was busy in his store and was interrupted by his store customers. I was patient. He also could not get in the lock box for the keys. Most of this was out of his control. He was a nice person.
Michelle aNot where we originally asked to leave it - we were sent miles from our location out into the boonies. It was absolutely pouring down, no indication where to leave vehicle when we pulled up at a sketchy gas station car park. Daughter went inside gas station to ask. we were told to pull onto a puddle laden grass field. Could nottake our own car ibn there incase we got bogged down .
Paul STruck had debris and some broken pottery in the back. Also had left over drink in the cab. Don’t think anyone had checked it.

Cynthia MI was billed for a dolly but it was not located in the truck! It is difficult to come across the needed equipment so early at the start of the moving process.

JONATHAN KI confirmed a appointment after driving 4 hours to be told no truck was available then told there are no credits accommodations for my time and travel, have to leave and make another trip up. Poor coordination and scheduling.
